Super comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach villa. Sleeps 5 on memory foam mattresses. Relax in the living room after a long day in the sand. Fully stocked kitchen to cook most any meal you want to whip up! Parking and check in are easy!

5-10 minute walk to the beach across the scenic boardwalk (about a quarter mile)! Watch the crabs scurry along the marsh or turtles swim in the tidal creek. Lots of wildlife to watch! Enjoy the complimentary golf cart shuttle that runs hourly in season. Located at Hilton Head Resort! Some of the best amenities on the island! Our villa is located in building 3, which houses the indoor attractions - heated pool, hot tub (for guests 13 and older), kiddie pool, sauna, fitness room and running track.

**About our villa**

Easy access with our smart lock system! No need for keys.

Comfortable living room furniture for relaxing after a long day of exploring! The kitchen is fully furnished for whipping up most any meal you can imagine. Both bedrooms and the living room have smart flat screen tvs so be sure to bring your Netflix login! Cable is provided, but streaming is easy with the provided wifi.

Rest easy on memory foam mattresses on every bed. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and an en suite bath. The guest room has twin over full bunk beds. We provide sound machines in both bedrooms so you can listen to the ocean all night!

Please note that pets are NOT allowed at Hilton Head Resort.

While our pictures show a balcony, it is not an outdoor balcony. It overlooks the indoor amenities.

All vehicles require a parking pass and we are limited to 2 passes for your stay. Parking is first come, first served.

Getting around

There’s plenty of exercise to be had on Hilton Head island! Just take a stroll down the boardwalk to the beach or rent a bicycle and cruise on some of the 63 miles of paved bike paths.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Checkin is 4pm and we will provide your door code the day of checkin. Your gate pass will be available as you drive onto the campus. The guard shack is manned 24 hours per day so checkin is a breeze!

Check Out: 10AM

No pets

No pets allowed on campus. Service animals must be properly documented with our hoa prior to your stay.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

The guest who places the booking needs to be 25. We totally welcome families!

Maximum occupancy: 5

House Rules

Must be 25 or older to book. This is a family friendly resort and partying is strictly prohibited. If your stay results in a fine/citation from the resort, you will be responsible for said fine. No pets are allowed on the property.No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Payment Policy

50% due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to checkin.

Notes

Only two vehicles allowed per reservation. No RV's, trailers or commercial vehicles are allowed to stay on the property. Only cars are allowed to park under the buildings - no trucks, vans or suv's as there is only a 6 foot clearance. Bike rentals are available onsite for an additional fee. We provide one beach towel per guest. We do provide a beach wagon, chairs and some sand toys. Be sure to inquire with the host about accessing them as they are stored in a locker, not in the villa.
