Welcome to the heart of beautiful, sunny Naples! Your new home away from home.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is centrally-located in the Downtown of Naples. Everything is within walking distance or minutes drive away. Shops, restaurants, bars, & the beach. You’ll love your time spent here in downtown.

This is a vacation apartment that I'm sure you would love and appreciate. Enjoy soaking up the sun by the pool or roam around the area. The place is conveniently close to the center of town, miles of white, sugar sand beaches, and several local attractions, this apartment is a fantastic home base that can accommodates up to 6 people for that next trip to Naples!

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook and entertain, and the spacious living and dining rooms provide plenty of room to relax and unwind. There is space for parking. The bright spacious house will make you feel clean and comfortable!

The home has fully furnishings. Enjoy a stylish experience at this place.

The whole apartment can be accessed by the guest.

El alojamiento de Manuel tiene una ubicación perfecta. Eso es un 10 de 10. Ya que podes ir caminando a varios lugares. Queda a 10 min caminando de la playa y a 10 min caminando de la avenida importante donde encontras tienda de ropa y restaurantes. si vas en auto, tenes un lugar gratis de estacionamiento En caso de querer ir a playas mas lejanas o usar el auto porque no eres de los que camina, te comento que siempre hay que pagar el parking, incluso en la calle. La casa cuenta con sombrilla y sillas para que te puedas llevar a la playa- El baño es muy limpio y la cocina esta bien equipada. Fue facil el check in y las instrucciones de manuel fueron claras. No tuve que hablar con el por nada. Sin dudas elegiría quedarme aca nuevamente. Gracias!!

Excellent location. Close to the beach and fifth avenue. The queen bed that we slept on was extremely uncomfortable. I’ve stayed at a lot of Air Bnbs, this was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept on in one. Additionally the cleaning product they used on the pillows and blanket smelled extremely strong, it was unpleasant. There was no soap or body wash in the shower. The cleaning crew tried to walk in before check out while we were still in the space. For the cost of the Air Bnb i expected a lot better.

The location of this place was wonderful -we walked to the beach every day (15 min walk down Central to get to the beach) and 5th Ave was also about 15 minutes. We also walked to Wynn’s grocery everyday -so convenient! Nice to have the screened porch, kitchen was stocked, beach towels, beach chair and umbrella were provided. Manuel was extremely helpful, messaged us right away when I had a question.

The accommodations were as described, host was responsive. Overall our stay went flawless for my 7-Day in Naples! The beach was within walking distance which was great because you could not park near the beach without a residence parking tag which me being a out of towner sucked but still 5Stars
