Your booking includes the entire first floor condo.

Welcome to Sandpiper Cove – a beautiful 43 acre guarded-gate resort community.

We cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out.
Check-in time is 4pm, Check-out time is 10am

Here you will find five swimming pools, three hot tubs, a 9-hole par 3 golf course, and six tennis courts. Charcoal grills are located near each pool for you to use and show off your cooking skills to your friends and family!
Just a short walk from your condo is the 1,100 foot private white sand beach with a pristine view of the crystal clear emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. During the summer months, you can take a break from the warm Florida sunshine and grab a bite to eat at Rick’s Sand Trap Beach Bar & Grill. Care to up the ante on your golf game? Have the loser buy dinner at Sandpiper Cove’s own Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant. During the winter months, you will find that two of our swimming pools are heated for your enjoyment. Delight in a game of tennis during the day or at night on one of our three lighted courts.

This home does include 2 parking spaces

The resort only allows those 25 or older to book reservations.
Discovery of a pet that has been snuck into the condo is a fee of $200.
