CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The townhome is accessible via keyless entry. At least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date, an e-mail will be sent to you with the address and keyless entry code.
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Make sure all patio covers are back on outdoor patio furniture
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book, ID required immediately after agreeing to book reservation.
- Must provide a personal e-mail for correspondence.
- Must sign rental agreement
- Please report any damages that occur to the Guest Contact

PARKING:
- NOTE: One parking pass is included with the rental and will be available at the pass office under the booking person's last name. If an additional pass is needed, please reach out to owner to coordinate purchasing an additional pass.
