Modern, cozy, ocean-view villa overlooking the pool from the front door and the ocean from the patio. Recently renovated with plank floors and shaker cabinets, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, queen bed in the bedroom, queen sleeper sofa and two child sized bunks. Located in Seaside, an oceanfront complex, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and attractions. My wife, Kendall, and I live on the island. We own several villas in Seaside and take care of several others for out of town owners. We are available whenever needed and love to offer recommendations as well. Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property. Biking is the preferred mode of travel on Hilton Head. Rentals are available across the street, or you can call ahead and have them delivered. Bike racks are provided under the front of the building. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

It's small. But you have the minimum of what you might need. When we go we're at the beach or out and about. So for our purposes it was perfect! The owner is responsive and friendly should a need arise!

Owners go above and beyond to add extra touches to make everything nice and convenient. We were greeted with cookies, they leave beach chairs for you to use and the location is great. It’s a really cute place too! We were over all very pleased.

The location was perfect. On the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Nice pool. The size of the condo is perfect for 2 or 3 people. Any more is very tight. The host was very quick to respond. Bring a wagon to carry your beach gear!

The ac was only in the living room. The bedroom was very warm with only a ceiling fan and a very loud exhaust fan by the floor. The pullout sofa bed was super uncomfortable as i kept folding up in it. The fridge was cold, the water pressure was very good, the sheets were clean. Good location. Surprisingly SMALL. You have to scoot sideways to get into bed. You can hear everything happening above and beside you. Host made instructions so clear there was really no need to call him. He was a good host, its just a very old , tiny, tiny place.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible
We have a security gate to get in the parking lot and an electronic lock on the door. The code to each will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. There is no assigned parking, but do not block anyone in. You are in the building on the right, use either of the 2 gates on the right to enter. Your parking pass will be in the unit. If security is present, tell them that you are just arriving and need to go up to get your pass. The pass must be on your vehicle’s dashboard during your stay.

Check in time is after 4pm, we will message you if the condo is ready early, please do not arrive without hearing from us. If you get there before you hear from us, you may park and head to the beach and pool.

To enter the condo type the code and manually turn the deadbolt, do the same to lock it.
