The space
Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Spacious suites and luxurious surroundings . Relax by the lagoon pool with poolside dining and entertainment.

Don't miss the local markets, a day trip to Byron Bay, scenic cycle to Kingscliff town, winter whale watching at Hastings Point (for a closer view) and Kingscliff beach during winter and spring.

Quiet apartment overlooking gorgeous gardens, central access to all amenities, 5 min walk to beach, cycle ways and restaurant precinct. There are 5 restaurants, a french patisserie, fish and chips, gelato bar, cafe, supermarket and the Salt Bar and bistro . There is also poolside dining and drinks. Enjoy all the resort facilities (including tennis courts, the enormous lagoon pool (with it's own sandy beach and poolside dining) and the tropical pool and spa.

King size bed and 2 king singles and sofa bed in a separate bedroom. 2 bathrooms including a bath, kitchen, laundry (washing machine and dryer). Indoor and outdoor dining. Linen and beach towels are included.

Please bring your own tennis rackets and balls if you are a competitive/social player, there is a set of basic tennis equipment in.

The apartment is privately managed keys are provided in a secure key safe at the resort. No more queuing up to check in and out and you have certainty on the location of the room.

Resort facilities including 2 swimming pools ( large lagoon pool with sandy beach and tropical pool with spa), poolside dining, shared plunge pools, day spas, tennis courts (BYO equipment or there is basic equipment in the apartment) and gym .

Bike hire (including E bikes) is available at koolbikes on Marine parade Kingscliff.

A fantastic stay with all the special touches that one would expect only at home. The apartment is clean, tidy and comfortable with that resort feel but has all the finishing touches like cling wrap, bug repellent and washing powder so you don’t have to worry about those extra trips to help get settled in. The apartment is located in such a perfect location. It’s not our first time visiting and won’t be our last with close proximity to quality restaurants and the beach.

Perfect place for a family getaway. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Peppers facilities are great- the pool at this time of year was like a bath! local restaurants, beach and park kept us entertained. Deb was a great host- we'd love to come back!

We enjoyed our family holiday at Deb’s, for a family of 4 with 2 tweens we had lots of space, nice quiet spot in the resort with beautiful souroundings, easy 150m walk to salt bar/cafes/ restaurants and the patrolled beach!kids loved both resort pools and cricket in one of the resorts green spaces. Wifi worked nicely and showers and jet bath were enjoyed by all. We stayed over the Australia Day weekend and its central position allowed us to enjoy Hastings point and cabbarita beach for Australia Day (5min Drive) Resort can get busy on holiday periods but even then hotel lifts and access was quick. My kids wanna go back already 🙂 Thanks Deb

Deb has a great apartment that was ideal for the short stay by our young family. The pool complex is ideal for young kids. The apartment is close to restaurants and the beach. Having the kids sleep on the ‘other side’ of the 2 br set up (with their own TV) also gave us some separation, which was great. Would highly recommend this place for a family with up to 2 kids.
