Maximum Occupancy: Strictly up to 10 guests, including children.

Hot Tub Included: Enjoy the private hot tub/Jacuzzi free of charge during your stay.

Booking Age Requirement: Reservations must be made by an individual who is at least 25 years old.

Property Fee: A mandatory property fee is applied to all reservations and included in the booking process.

Security Deposit Policy: A credit card hold is required two days before check-in as a security deposit. This hold will be released within ten days after check-out, provided no damages or missing items are reported. After booking, you will receive an information request, and prior to your arrival, we will request a credit card swipe for the hold, similar to standard hotel practices. Please note that no deposit amount is charged at the time of booking.

Trip Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances.

Primary Guest Identification and Rental Agreement: Guests are required to provide a government-issued ID within 48 hours of booking and sign a rental agreement.

Starter Supplies Provided: To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide a starter pack of essentials, including laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, one roll of toilet paper and bath soap per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Guests are responsible for obtaining additional supplies and personal items as needed.

Allergy Policy: To maintain a safe environment for guests with severe allergies, pets and animals are not permitted.

Licensed Property: Our home is fully licensed and compliant with all state laws and regulations, ensuring your safety, cleanliness, and peace of mind.

Guest Capacity and Additional Charges: Rates are based on the number of guests declared at the time of booking. Additional guests beyond this number will incur extra charges.

Self-Catering Property: This is a self-catering property, and guests are responsible for providing and preparing their own meals.

Property Maintenance: To maintain the property’s high standards, our professional Pool Care Team and Gardener visit daily or weekly, as needed, to keep everything in pristine condition.
