Welcome to our charming Airbnb, Sailor’s Delight - a wonderful NEW location on Lady’s Island, just minutes from many of the Sea Island amenities surrounded by the rich history of Beaufort SC and our nearby military Town, Parris Island. We are also DOG and Boat friendly!

Sailor’s Delight is the perfect spot for your next MCRD Parris Island Graduation ceremony, vacation, business trip, wedding, girl’s trip, or time spent with family and friends. You will have so much fun!Welcome to our home away from home, Sailor’s Delight. This special place is newly renovated and has an inviting Nautical Theme with a Unique charm of Boat Themed inspired decor to create a memorable experience. As you step inside, you’ll discover a thoughtfully designed layout that features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths with newly renovated luxury vinyl tile throughout. Our 1-Story family friendly home is also on a ½ acre lot located on Lady’s Island near historic downtown Beaufort SC. Beaufort has all the southern charm you would expect when visiting our quaint town. You will be just minutes away from Downtown Beaufort (with many restaurants and shopping), USMC Base Parris Island, and Hunting Island. Also, the ideal spot for your next graduation ceremony, business trip, family, or girl’s trip. There is a designated work space plus a fully fenced-in backyard for your fur baby!!! We charge a non-refundable pet fee (dog fee) for 2 dogs max of $125.00.

Lady's Island Marina 843-522-0430 charges by the foot to store you boat overnight. For example, a 20 ft Grady White costs $68 per night plus an additional $8 should you need power.

We also have security cameras for our guests safety. Front doorbell camera, Side Door Entry Camera, and backyard spotlight camera.

The house has parking for 2-3 cars plus a boat! Our home is 7 minutes from the nearest Boat Landing, 9 minutes to downtown Beaufort, SC, 25 minutes to Hunting Island, 1 hour to Savannah and
1 hour to Hilton Head Island, SC

ABSOLUTELY NO Smoking OR Vaping - Strictly enforced - $500.00 FINE - Sailor’s Delight is a clean and well organized place of enjoyment and is NOT a Party House. Quiet Hour House Rules are 10pm to 10am Friday and Saturday 9PM to 10am Sunday thru Thursday nights. The Booking guests are responsible for enforcing quiet hours. Many nearby residents are retired or active duty military, and we ask that you please respect them at all times. No Parties are allowed on the Property or inside the home. A party is defined as an event that requires alteration of furniture, hanging audio, or video/lights that are loud enough to disturb the neighbors. Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping! Neighbors are encouraged to call Host if these rules are Not adhered to or local law enforcement if any type of illegal behavior is witnessed. Dogs - Please put your dogs in the crates provided when you leave the home for any reason. DO NOT leave them outside unattended or home alone to roam the home. NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE $125 FOR 1 DOG AN ADDITIONAL $25 FOR THE 2ND DOG FOR THE ENTIRE STAY No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Refundable Damage Deposit

We request a $150 refundable deposit and will refund within 24 hours after check-out provided there are no damages

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for Cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

INSIDE: -Master Bedroom with King Bed, ceiling fan, a designated office space, a 50" TV and a private en suite 1/2 bath with a Magnifying Make-Up Mirror. Second bedroom with King Bed, ceiling fan, a 40” TV. Each of the bedrooms have Wooden Hangers, USB Ports, and plenty of charging stations. The third bedroom has a Unique & Beautiful Full Size Pottery Barn “Boat” Bed with a pullout Twin Trundle Bed. A children’s Pack & Play is also provided. -Hall Bath features Shower/Tub, Magnifying Make-Up Mirror, also well stocked with Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hairdryers, with Upgraded Linens and Towels. -Also provided are a box fan and a travel sound machine. Starter Pack of Laundry Soap Pods, Dryer Sheets, Dishwasher Tablets, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. (Dish Soap and hand Soap Provided) -Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, allowing you to easily browse the internet or catch up on work. -Our home is designed with comfort in mind. Sink into the large plush sectional with a 65" smart TV; Perfect for streaming your favorite shows or movies. You Tube TV is provided and all other apps are available for your personal log in. -The Fully Stocked Kitchen provides Stainless Steel Appliances along with basic cooking Utensils (blender, mini food chopper, & electric griddle) an ample amount of space for cooking meals and preparing any meal . Also provided are a coffee pot, ground coffee, creamers & sugar. In addition, a Keurig coffee maker, k-cups, creamers & sugar. The newly renovated Kitchen opens to 4 Chair Kitchen Dining Table plus Island seating for 3.
