The condo was beautiful, clean and comfy. The hosts were responsive to calls, getting back to us quickly. It was unusually cold and rainy during our stay, and the bedrooms were cold. We called about this and were told to make sure the vents were open-we already had. I wish we had known about the lighting. We didn't know the pot lights had a dimmer switch, and sat in relative darkness for a few evenings until we discovered the switch by accident. The immediate area around the condo had sea lions who serenaded us with their "barking". You might not appreciate them if you had the windows open in the summer, but we enjoyed it. The walk to the beach to see the sunsets was relatively close. Unfortunately, they were dredging right in front of the condo, so you couldn't put the kayak in the water there. The city of Oxnard has plenty to offer in terms of restaurants, shops, and things to do, as does nearby Ventura. We would definitely love to come back here in warmer weather.

We had a wonderful stay here. The townhouse is clean, comfortable, and has high end fixtures and appliances. The kitchen has all the cook and bakeware you may need, and has a spice rack and cooking oils. There’s a large group of sea lions across the street, which are so much fun to watch. This home was just what they said on the AirBNB site. Big two bedroom, 3 bath place with a wonderful view of the boats coming and going in the bay. It was five star all the way. Just be aware that there are going to be people up above you. Most nights it was pretty quiet but a few not so much. We stayed here a month and would do it again in a second!!! Lisa made our stay very enjoyable and when we had questions or problems things were taken care of lickity split! Thanks Lisa! Jill

Lisa’s place is great - super convenient to a beautiful beach (Silver Strand), clean, and a nice layout. Having the 3 bathrooms was a plus. We took the kayaks out and enjoyed the front patio area - we even got to know the neighbors as everyone was out and about for the holiday wknd (we were there over the 4th).

Fantastic location! Across the street from a great little beach for small children and a short walk to an awesome uncrowded beach for swimming, beach volleyball, fishing, beach games, or morning strolls along the water. Close drive to everything you need - groceries, restaurants, shopping, parks and playgrounds. Lisa was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. The home was well supplied and equipped for our family of 6. A gem!
