We love dogs and hope you will travel with your fur baby if possible. Please, no cats or other animals. We now have a one dog maximum, but we can sometimes make an exception with an additional fee. We do not allow dogs under 12 months old.

Walk into Sail Cove and take in the freshly renovated, open living room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with cozy furnishings and Roku TV. The light and airy kitchen is ready to prepare your favorite meals with all new appliances. Bedroom one has a queen bed with a tv, while bedroom two is furnished with a double bed. Dont forget to relax and unwind on the front porch!

Shared spaces: The neighborhood pool is open between Memorial Day and 9/15 and is available to all our guests. There is a $2 refundable deposit required for the guest pass wrist band at the pool gate. You will also have access to the private soundside beach, playground, boat marina, dog park, and basketball court. Please let us know how we can accomodate your boat.

Check In: 3PM - 12AM

When you get to the gate of Colington Harbour, you will use the left lane and provide the guard with the property address. The guard will provide you with a vehicle dash pass. Once you arrive at the property use the code provided on the digital keypad on the door (THIS IS NOT THE ORANGE LOCKBOX, IT IS THE KEYPAD ON THE DOOR).

House Rules

No smoking inside. No parties or events. No unauthorized overnight guests. Unauthorized pets will results in a $250 fee. Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM. Checkout is 10 AM.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled before 30 days of check-in date. For weather disruptions or unforeseeable events, we comply with the Airbnb policy, https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1320 .

For Summer 2025 reservations we welcome making payments over the course of the year with a $100 reservation. Payment is due in full 30 days before check-in. Please send a message BEFORE sending a payment. Thank you!
