Looking for a house with a SAFE walk to the beach access? No need to cross any busy highways to get to the beach here at Shark Tooth Haven! Our beach access is only about 100 steps north of our home across the much slower beach road, S. Shore Dr.

"Shark Tooth Haven" in Surf City is an amazing place to get away for an amazing beach trip getaway!

Upstairs is a spacious open living area with tons of natural light and ocean views.

⭐️Outdoor Space⭐️
Enjoy the ocean breeze on the deck or patio and the sunset on the screened in porch! Only about 100 safe steps to the beach access.

This oceanside retreat is ideal for multi-family vacations or group gatherings. 5 couples OR 4-5 couples and 4-6 kids can comfortably share this space.

There is ample parking spaces between the two driveways. Washer/Dryer on each floor. All linens are provided with at least 1 bath towel per registered guest.

You are renting upstairs and downstairs together, but you can shut the door at the stairs and keep each floor completely separated.

This is one full side of a DUPLEX ; however there is no connected decks or driveways with the home next door, we have a very private single family home feel!

2 Driveways (perfect if you are bringing a boat!)

-The Driveway most convenient to Upstairs(Main Level) is the driveway off of S. Shore Dr. (the beach road - S. Shore)

- The Driveway most convenient to the First Floor is the driveway off of S. Topsail. (the main road - S. Topsail)

Between both driveways there is space for 6-7 cars.

Ryan and Kelly were a lifesaver for me when another Airbnb wasn’t up to standards. They accommodated my group and I last minute and were awesome to communicate with. I wish I could leave more stars as you can tell they take care of their home and put their guests as their priority. The house was amazing, a super short walk to the beach, and has everything you would need!

This place is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. It is much more spacious that it looks in the pictures. It was extremely clean. A short walk to the beach and easy access to groceries and restaurants. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time here! Everything was as described, it was a quick walk to the beach for the kids and plenty of space for everyone. Kelly & Rylan were so responsive and helpful. The fenced in area in the back was a life saver for the kids, the beach toys were fun and plentiful and the screened in porch made it so easy to get some fresh air! We highly recommend shark tooth haven and will absolutely come back again!

Our stay surpassed our expectations. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded, only a few blocks walk from the house. The house provided plenty of space for our large group. Would definitely recommend this house for a relaxing beach visit!

Good location. Place was clean and matched the pictures and description. Beach access is just a few houses down. Very easy walk. There were beach chairs, toys, umbrella, and boogie boards available for us to use. The buggy made it easier to haul the gear back and forth. Kitchen was well stocked, we only used the upstairs one. Plenty of space for our group of 10. We would stay here again.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

We have a lockbox to access the keys on site. Lockbox is located on the upper deck off of S. Shore Dr. Check in anytime at or after 4pm on check-in day. Check out time is strict but we can offer late checkout on some occasions(generally out of season) with an added fee.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Payment Policy

Venmo/Zelle/Check - 50% due at booking ; 50% due 30 days before check-in ; if within 45 days of booking, 100% of payment due at booking

Security Deposit Due 1 Week Before Check-In

Refundable Damage Deposit

Refunded in full if no damages. Any security deposit paid may be applied to actual damages caused by Tenant. In addition, Owner may deduct from the security deposit the amount of any fines from the city incurred during tenants stay directly caused by tenants actions. Owner shall apply, account for, or refund Tenant’s security deposit within 30 days following the end of the tenancy.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation by Tenant before 45 days before check-in, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by Tenant, less an administrative fee of $100. In the event of a cancellation by Tenant after 45 days before check-in but before 30 days before check-in, Tenant shall receive a refund of half of all payments made by Tenant. In the event of a cancellation by Tenant after 30 days before check-in, Tenant shall NOT be refunded any payments made by Tenant. NOTE: Trip interruption/cancellation insurance may provide coverage for losses incurred by Tenant in the event of a cancellation.
