Private: small garden with lawn for sunbathing. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant 1 km, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Totengassl" 150 m, railway station "Zirl" 6 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, skisport facilities 1 km. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck - Goldenes Dachl 18 km, Olympiaregion Seefeld 18 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Axamer Lizum 17 km, Mutterer Alm 18 km, Kühtai 28 km. Hiking paths: Ranggerköpfl 1 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
