The location is 25 km north of Kuusamo, Vuosseli (East Ruka) 2.5 km, Ruka village (West Ruka) 3.8 km. The high-quality rowhouse apartment (year 2007) facing beautiful nature reserve area.
Upstairs: two bedrooms with private shower and toilet, both with frame mattress beds for two. Living room/dining area/kitchen and large terrace. In addition, one separate toilet. A fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with two large refrigerators with freezers, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
Downstairs: Two bedrooms, both with frame mattress beds for two. In addition, a sleeping alcove (with door, but no window) with frame mattress beds for three (the sound of the air conditioner can disturb the most sensitive sleepers). Beds can be combined.
Downstairs there is an electric sauna, a washroom with two showers, a fireplace room, two toilets and a terrace. In connection with the second toilet, a utility room and a shower. There is also a small fridge downstairs.
Beds for 11 persons starting from 1.8.2023.
A total of 5 toilets and 4 showers. Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price. Pets allowed for an additional fee.
The high quality apartment is located at the top of Mastorinne in Rukatunturi Fell. You can reach the Masto-slopes just by crossing the road of Juhannuskalliontie. The ski track is located in close proximity to. Apartment is in a rocky and cliffy surroundings.
Additional equipment: Wifi connection (password in the cabin folder). Available Sonos music system. There are TVs in the living rooms both upstairs and downstairs, and in the upper floor bedrooms.

The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property.
