All breed types accepted. Anxious dogs that tend to bark for hours would not be a good fit. A dog that barks occasionally is expected. Dogs must be kenneled when you are not home. Cats must be declawed and fixed.

House Rules

Please remove shoes and leave them in the dedicated entry closet. The closet space is entirely yours during your stay. Please use the dedicated pet blankets if you are allowing your pet on the furniture. Please kennel your dog(s) if you are leaving the property. Please pick up after your pet(s) when they potty. Place the pet garbage in it's own bag and place in the exterior garbage. As long as the space isn't left like a circus departed town, there are no check out chores! I know, right! We hate that too! Refundable Damage Deposit

The security deposit is $750 for all stays to be refunded at the time of check out after a check out walk through.

Our home was renovated in 2022-23 to create a separate and private living unit in the lower level. We put a lot of thought into the details as we've stayed a lot of places all over the country. We are obsessed with offering you a safe and clean space that is just as it looks in the photos.

Each bedroom is set up for unwinding and relaxing from a long day of exploring or working. Each room has multiple types of pillows so you can select one that is comfortable to you. All duvets and comforters are washed in-between each guest. This is a peeve of mine that it's not an industry standard. Each bedroom also has extra blankets.

Bathroom linens are spa grade and you are provided with an adequate quantity for your length of stay. Shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap are provided during your stay.

Many essential things have been provided for you during your stay including coffee and tea supplies. We personally hate having to stock an AirBNB with baggies, tinfoil, etc. when we are traveling and don't think you should need to either.

Remote work station is located in the living room area and includes a sit/stand desk for your comfort.

Laundry area is fully stocked with laundry soap, stain remover, lint brushes, etc that you are welcome to use during your stay.
