There is a minimart at level 1 if you require food.
There is also a food stall besides N-Park Condominium.

There is a parking lot available for guests that stayed 15 days and above, otherwise, it will only be available on a first come first serve basis. For shorter periods, do try to go for free street parking that is only 2 minutes from the apartment. Additional guest parking is charged at 2rm per entry depending on the management.

On buses and public transport
There is buses going in two different directions, one to a popular shopping mall Queensbay mall, airport and another to Georgetown, Penang where all the fun is. (From 1.40rm -2 rm, prepare your coins and notes, or buy a card). It is a 3-7 minute walk to the bus stops to the gigantic mall and the street attractions.

There are also other buses a distance away to the Sungai Nibong bus terminal. That bus stop have buses going to other states like Kuala Lumpur or to other countries like Singapore and Thailand. Prices are reasonable, but expect delays in the arrival and travel times. You can take a car there which will reach in 5-10 minutes depending on the jam. It costs around 4-6rm depending on the time.

You will enter the apartment and take the lift via level 3 instead of level one. There is a small flight of stairs you have to go up by before getting access to the lift.

Getting around

There is a direct bus 401E from the airport to the apartment. That same direct bus also drops you to Georgetown at the cost of 2rm.

A 400 meters walk brings you to a bus stop where there have 3 buses heading to Georgetown. The opposite direction brings you to Queensbay Mall.

Policies and Rules

Check In: Flexible

- You will have to sign in once at the guardhouse and that will be it. Fill in a form at the guardhouse if they ask you to.
- If there are no guests the next day, a later check out can be accommodated.

Check Out: 12PM (noon)

Minimum age limit for renters: 18

I have guests that are 18 and kept the place very clean and tidy. Their positive actions allow me to do away with age restrictions. I hope this applies to future guests and they will do the same.

- Shoes at the shoe rack inside the gate
- Smoking only at the balcony or corridor
- Close the door and slide the gate close when you are back or going out.

Payment Policy

If you can do direct transfer payment, both of us can save on the 3% card fee.

Refundable Damage Deposit

If there are specific damages cause to the furniture, kitchen equipment or household items, a partial sum will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

I currently have a rather liberal refunds policy in regards to cancellation. As long as you cancel 3 days ahead of time, you get a full refunds back.

Notes

-This is an older building.

-The building faces a main road where you can view the Penang bridge. There might be noise if you open the windows, but there is soundproofing in the apartment when you close the windows and glass sliding doors in the balcony.

- Insects and critters like geckos (lizards) moved into the space when you open the windows and the balcony sliding doors. The geckos pose no harm and are very much a part of the asian environment. They feed on any insects they find and clean up the space. They leave their litter around too, but we will try to clean up the space as much as possible.

- The toilet bowl in the shared common bathroom look white, but is not completely porcelain white. There are slight limescale stains that were still in the process of removal.
