Every guest who is present on the property must be included in the original booking. No smoking or drugs permitted in the apartment.

No parties or noisy gatherings at all zero tolerance! Police will be called, and guests will be evicted immediately with no refund. No music or loud noise from 10pm-11am damage/ deep stains, a fee will be charged accordingly. Also, if any of the house rules are violated, guest will be charged a fine from Airbnb. Not suitable for infants (under 2 years) No pets.
