And, that we have well stocked essentials and the beds were comfortable. I do apologize for the inconvenience regarding the game room A/C not working properly. As you noted, we don't advertise that we have A/C in the garage and we recently added that unit to help in the summer. The power plug shorted and we didn't get a replacement in time for your back to back stay. That is now sorted and overall, appreciate your feedback to help us continue focus on perfect stays.

Perfect vacation home for our memorable vacation!
This is the second time we have rented this beautiful home for our family vacation and once again it did not disappoint. This home was perfect for our family of 17. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the newly added outdoor movie screen. This home was very clean and well equipped. No problem at all for our 4 families to sleep and move around. Beds were very comfy. Our hosts Erin and Steve are a pleasure to work with. Any problems are quickly addressed and resolved. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the clubhouse. We will definitely rent this property again!

Place was amazing. Close to orlando parks and airport. Neighborhood was great. Took early morning walks daily - before heat set in.

Erin was absolutely great to work with. She was very responsive. We did have an issue with the hot tub heating and she jumped right on it and had a repair technician sent to fix it asap. She then followed up to make sure it was working. She also took the time to make local recommendations for us when we asked for her help. Absolutely a pleasure working with her!

Erin was the best host I've had in 5 years, I would most definitely recommend her and her home (which accommodated our large family of 22). The house was just as described. Erin went above and beyond to accommodate our week stay. Thank you Erin for a memorable time!!!

Erin was a great host , everything from check in to check out was easy. Had everything we needed . We had 25 people and plenty of room for everyone. Exactly as expected. Very comfortable beds.

Erin was great and the place was amazing! Everything was very clean. We ended up having extra rooms and lots of space to spread out for 15 people. It didn’t feel cramped at all!
The amenities, including the water park and clubhouse, were AMAZING and made for an awesome day.
The pool and jacuzzi in the backyard were also great and were very relaxing (included with lounge chairs and floats)! They were very clean.
Other nice features include daily trash pickup, a grill, loooots of towels, an extra fridge and freezer in the garage, lots of bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen with spices.
When we got there, workers were there fixing a screen outside that had been broken - Erin fixed things at a great speed and was fast to respond to any questions.
The only things we didn’t love were that the game room was in the garage (was not advertised that way) and did not have AC, but wasn’t a huge deal. And the couches in the living room-when you sat down, you’d sink into them! Still comfy tho.

Let me start by saying I would’ve gave it a 4 1/2 instead of a four, but there’s no halves, Erin was very responsive to every question we had or issue we had our only issue was the game room is in the garage. She has a portable AC in there, but it was not working but she did attempt to get it working and then just bought us a fan because it wouldn’t work, but we’re in Florida,so It was still too hot to sit out there and play. I Will say the house was very well stocked with towels and kitchenware more than any other house we’ve rented The only other problem we had was finding the remote for the projector TV which we didn’t attempt till the last night and I wasn’t gonna bother her for that!! Stay was great , beds were comfortable and well stocked! Thank you again Erin .
