Our stay at Rocky Top Falls was beyond what we expected! Miguel and Rachel are phenomenal hosts! They are friendly and communicate awesome! The space and location are better than the pictures. We enjoyed the views so much we asked Miguel if he could connect us with a photographer. He did and we had family photos taken!
We had three families there and more than enough room! They had everything we needed for kids aging from 3 months to 10 yo. They have thought of everything!
This stay would be a great choice for groups of all sizes looking for beautiful views and wonderful accommodations!

AMAZING!! Amazing describes everything from the HOSPITABLE hosts to the STUNNING views to the EQUIPPED home to the overall EXCEPTIONAL property!! PERFECT place to make priceless memories!! Miguel and Rachel were such gracious hosts and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped on the property!

“Absolutely Stunning!”
Rocky Top Falls is a special place! The hosts are such awesome people and we enjoyed every second of our stay. We even got to take some photos of my niece in her stunning homecoming gown. AND the sunsets and sunrises are absolutely beautiful and must be seen in person! Don't hesitate to grab up a overnight stay here, fun family weekend gathering, or the absolute best - a one of a kind venue for your own perfect wedding or event!

We stayed at Rocky Top Falls the weekend after Labor Day. There were three couples, so we had more room than we needed, which is always nice. Miguel is an EXTREMELY conscientious host - responded quickly to questions we had before traveling, messaged the morning of our arrival to let us know we could get in early if we wanted to, checked in after we got there, and touched base a few times during our stay. Really nice.
We were in Fairfield Bay for a family reunion, and we did host dinner one night - the place was well-suited for company, spare fridge and freezer in the garage came in handy! The views here are every bit as gorgeous as they look on the website, and we particularly loved being there during the post-summer lull - the only sounds we heard when sitting on the porch were birds chirping and crickets humming. Honestly we cut short some of our plans just to spend more time enjoying the lovely weather, sitting on the deck and playing cards or grilling.
This place is a treasure!

Our family wanted a secluded space in nature to relax and enjoy time outdoors. This place exceeded our expectations. The house is clean and uncluttered, and stocked from bedroom to kitchen with everything you would need. In fact, the kitchen is awesome--including the coffee makers and waffle maker!
The views off the back deck are even better than the photos. Even on the overcast days we were able to enjoy nature and the view while sitting in the hot tub!
The whole grounds are private and quiet and our family and dog thoroughly enjoyed walking, hiking, and playing outside. And again--the view over the lake off the cliff is breathtaking. We drank our coffee out there every morning and watched the birds.
Our family loved walking down to the water to kayak and jump off the float and swim. The marina is close by and we rented a boat and jet skis.
If you are looking for a place to get away and immerse in natural beauty, this is it! And the hosts are exceedingly helpful!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rocky Top Falls. From the moment we drove onto the property, we were in awe. There was breathtaking views everywhere you looked, several well thought out spaces to soak in the scenery, and an altogether peaceful space. The trails to the waterfall and lake were a fun adventure for the kids. There's plenty to do within driving distance, but really if you pick up groceries on the way in, you never have to leave the property. On site we enjoyed the trails, swimming in the lake, catching frogs and lizards, soaking in the hot tub, eating our home cooked meals on the deck, coffee with the sunrise and s'mores at sunset. Off site we went on some trails and to the cool pool. All we could hope for was a few more days there. Miguel and Rachel were very responsive and communicated well, answering any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back to Rocky Top Falls!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at RTF! The home accommodated our needs perfectly. Comfy beds, clean spaces, and plenty of amenities on site. A total of 14 (11 adults/3kids) fit comfortably. The hosts, Miguel and Rachel, were very friendly and helpful. They responded quickly whenever we needed something. Everything was great! I would absolutely recommend this place for a wonderful family vacation. Thanks Miguel and Rachel! We’ll be seeing you again!

What a beautiful home! Our family rented Rocky Top Falls to celebrate my in-laws 60th anniversary and it was a perfect location. Lots to do on-site if you like to explore and enjoy the outdoors. No need to bring your own equipment, Rachel & Miquel had everything needed including flashlights, life jackets, kayaks & an inflatable. But the home was large, spacious enough that the whole family (12) was able to eat together and play games indoors comfortably for those that had physical limitations and the hiking was too much.
Rachel and Miquel were amazing hosts and answered every question quickly. Hopefully we will be able to come again soon! 3 days/2 nights was not long enough :)

We had so much fun on our 4 day stay at Rocky Top! Our 6 year old loved the hiking trails on the property. We also hiked Sugar Loaf and had a day on the lake. Perfect, secluded get away with million dollar views! The hosts were also the best hosts we ever had!
