You honestly wont find another property like this! Its nestled along the treeline of a 50-acre organic farm with breathtaking views of the mountains and sunsets visible through our large floor-to-ceiling windows. Our other border runs along PA State Forest, and with our lake and stream that runs through the property, you get a true mountain escape. If youre looking for a private, outdoor mountain experience with plenty of space and amenities, then youve found it!

While private, were conveniently located about 10 minutes from both Seven Springs and Hidden Valley. Many people find it to be the perfect location due to the close proximity to the resorts while also having access to markets, restaurants, shops, and other attractions only a couple of minutes away.

In the warmer seasons, enjoy the large front yard complete with provided outdoor sporting equipment and a volleyball area. There’s plenty of room for almost any outdoor sport you can think of. Sit back and relax on our 500-square-foot deck, complete with a propane grill and picnic table. Sip your favorite beverage while enjoying a panoramic view of beautiful mountain ridges. Or, grab your swimsuit and a fishing pole and head down to our lake. At night, unwind around the large fire pit while enjoying smores and listening to the summer night’s sounds including the soothing burble of the Pike Run stream that runs through our property. Stargazing is stunning!

In the colder months, enjoy the indoor fireplace while looking out at beautiful snowscapes through the large front windows. From board games to movies and video games, there should be no shortage of entertainment while indoors. Seven Springs Resort and Hidden Valley are both about a 10-minute drive and offer some of the best skiing in PA as well as snow tubing and plenty of indoor activities.

One main highlight of our property is our lake. It’s constantly fed by a freshwater intake from Pike Run which flows from deep in the mountains. Its a secluded and beautiful place (check out our pics), and great for swimming and fishing.

Unlike other properties up on the mountain, were within 5 minutes from Donegal with restaurants, groceries, beer and wine, a local zoo, a family entertainment center (go-karts, mini-golf, etc.), and many other fun places to visit. The ICV biking/hiking trailhead is only a mile away as well as hiking in the Roaring Run Natural Area. The location is hands down the best in the area as its central to the resorts, town, main area attractions, and State Parks. Ohiopyle State Park is only a scenic 25-minute drive away as well and is great for rafting and day trips.

Looking for a rustic cabin but don’t want to give up the modern amenities? No problem! We offer many of the amenities you are used to at home, such as:

- High-speed internet and WIFI + repeater for great coverage throughout.
- 2 flat-screen TVs with cable (DVR, On-Demand, Amazon Prime Video, etc.)
- Strong cellular service (Verizons network but I assume others as well)
- Dishwasher
- Washer/Dryer
- Full kitchen
- Keurig with complimentary k-cups and a 12-cup coffee pot
- Fridge with door ice and water
- Whole house water filtration (crystal clear water with no “well taste” or smell)
- And much more :)

For the sake of being conservative, we have the cabin listed as 3 bedrooms, but you could make a case for 4. The 4th bedroom is only accessible by going through the 3rd so it technically doesnt qualify. They are separated by a wall with an accordion-style divider for a door. You can see this in the pictures.

There is also an expandable dining room table in the back that can comfortably fit 10 - 12 for larger gatherings.

If I could give this review more than 5 stars, I would! Jim was very responsive to any questions I had from the very beginning, sometimes getting back to me in minutes. The cabin was very clean and well-stocked. Everyone who stayed was very impressed with all of the amenities. The location is beautiful and quiet. It was fun going out on the raft on the pond. We enjoyed all of the fun outdoor equipment and having smores by the fire. We will definitely be staying again!

“Great Property ”
We recently stayed at Roaring Run Lodge for our son’s wedding that was held at SanaView Farm. The location was perfect and close to the venue. The house is very private nestled into the woods and the views from the deck, windows are fabulous.

The amenities included dish soap, hand soap, kitchen towels, Kureg coffee, body soap, shampoo and conditioner and toilet paper. The house was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfy. There was plenty of room for our group of 8. The kiddos loved sleeping in The bunk house and playing with all the toys.

James is a great host!

Our bridal party stayed here during our wedding weekend at SanaView and it was more than we could have hoped for. The house was cozy but not cramped and had everything we needed. James is a very responsive host and a clear communicator and made our weekend so easy. The indescribable firefly show in the field and trees at night around the cabin was a cherry on top of the best weekend.

My family and friends had a fantastic time during our stay at Jim’s Champion Airbnb. The house itself was even better than we expected - clean, cozy, and was equipped with everything we needed. We immediately felt right at home. From the moment we booked, communication with Jim was seamless and prompt. He provided us with all the information we needed to make our check-in smooth and hassle-free. Thank you SO much for an amazing stay. We initially planned to spend the weekend skiing, but the weather had other plans. Luckily this house was the perfect weekend get away: fire pit, outdoor games, great indoor space for spending time with friends. We had an amazing time! Plenty of space for everyone to stay!

Nestled amongst trees and beside a babbling stream, this cabin wasn't just a place to stay – it was an experience. From the moment we arrived, the fresh mountain air and the gentle murmur of the water transported us to a world away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Cozy cabin, big fun: The cabin itself was charming and well-appointed. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a crackling fireplace to a fully equipped kitchen and a deck overlooking the stunning scenery. But the true stars of the show were the outdoor amenities. For the adventurous souls, the ski slopes were just a stone's throw away, offering breathtaking views and exhilarating runs. Absolutely recomd to experience the cabin

We came baaaaaack with the kiddos for their first cabin trip and man did it not disappoint! We had roughly 10 inches of snow (yes you read that correctly, 10 inches!) it felt like we were in our own snow globe 🥹❄️🤍! The frozen pond will be a memory I’m sure will last them a lifetime. Something about the charm of this A-frame just pulls at your heart strings. We had a BLAST to say the least. Yinz are definitely the hostess with the mostest! Looking forward to next time, cabin fam 🫶🏻 Castagna Circus 🎪

Hello, My wife, son and I live in Plum Pa (about 30 minutes east of downtown Pittsburgh). I operate a digital consulting firm and my wife is the family ministry director at our local church.

We fell into hosting after my Uncle passed away and we later acquired his cabin located near Seven Spring Resort. It's really been a blessing to be able to host and generate enough revenue to keep the property in the family and afford to make continuous improvements. I've been going up there since I was born. We absolutely love the property and try to go up anytime we can! If you book our place you'll understand why ;)

Safe travels,
Jim and Mandie

Getting around

There is no public transportation. Uber and/or Lyft are hit or miss (mostly miss), so I would not depend on those for getting around. Possibly if 7 Springs is having an event there may be some around. Your own personal transportation is the only thing I would rely on. There is parking in the driveway only. You can accommodate up to 5 cars fairly easily.
