Riverbend Escape is a riverfront home that offers over 1 acre of property, privacy, sounds of a running river, and enjoyment for all the family. The property is located within minutes of Murphy and Marble NC, and is near the expanding Casino. Access to the property is easy and there are no winding/steep roads. The property is the perfect place to rejuvenate, wind down, and relax! The Riverbend motto is 'It's time to relax'. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
Riverbend Escape is a 2 level home on the riverside of the Valley River that offers the following living and outdoor spaces:

Living Area: The primary living space at the home offers a leather couch and leather loveseat. The space includes a propane fire place as well as as 50" Roku Smart TV.

Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for 6 - 8 with views of the outdoor spaces through the sliding glass door to the balcony.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked and includes all your typical kitchen appliances (refrigerator / freezer combo, microwave, stove, dishwasher). We also offer a drip coffee machine and Keurig coffee machine. All silverware, plates, and cups are available for our guests use. Many other small appliances and bakeware is also available.

Bedrooms: The home offers 3 total bedrooms.

- Master Bedroom (main level): King size bed, dressers, 2 night stands, closet, small office desk w/ chair, 50" Roku smart TV, and ensuite bathroom.

- 2nd Guest Bedroom (main level): Queen size bed, full size futon, 2 night stands, and 50" Roku smart TV.

- 3rd Guest Bedroom (downstairs): Bunk bed with full size bottom and single top, full size futon, wardrobe cabinet, checkers / chess game table, and 50" Roku smart TV.

Bathrooms: The home offers 3 total bathrooms and each comes with a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We also have enough towels for 11 guests.

- Master Bathroom (main level): Single sink, toilet, and stand in shower.

- 2nd Guest Bathroom (main level): Single sink, toilet, and tub / shower combo.

- 3rd Guest Bathroom (downstairs): Single sink, toilet, and stand in shower.

Game Room (downstairs): This room is located just outside the 3rd guest bedroom and 3rd guest bathroom. You will enjoy yourself with the many games.

Laundry Room (downstairs): The laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer.
