The property is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Paso Robles. The main house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeping 8 guests. The master has a comfy king bed and En-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are both queen beds and share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Stepping out to the backyard leads you to a large deck with hot tub, BBQ, fire pit area, and putting green. The backyard backs up to dedicated open space providing a private and serene setting. Just steps away you will find the second home of this listing with 2 bedrooms on the lower level and a large open studio space with private entrance on the upper level. The lower level has both a king and a queen bedroom, a cozy living room, bathroom with shower, and equipped kitchen. Outside you will find the private entrance to the studio above, a large open space with plenty of room for gathering, playing shuffle board, and just hanging out. There is a twin trundle and full bathroom making this space perfect for the teens and young adults in your group. The homes are located towards the back of a large lot offering privacy and beautiful views of Templeton and Paso Robles.
