River Bluff Cabin comfortably accommodates 5 guests, but is also nicely sized for smaller groups and even couples wanting a little more room to spread out.

✦ LOCATION ✦

The cabin's prime but peaceful location sits on an easily accessible paved dead-end road less than a half-mile to US-64, a main route for getting you quickly to all area activities and attractions. No narrow, winding, gravel mountain roads need to be traveled.



✦ INDOOR LIVING ✦

The cabin’s interior is open, warm and welcoming. Upon entering, your eyes will likely be drawn to the windows along the far wall where westerly views stretch across the French Broad River Valley to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Quality mountain rustic and modern appointments, along with complimenting decor, highlight the living and sleeping spaces.



River Bluff is a single story cabin, which is a great bonus for guests not wanting or unable to navigate stairs. You can park, walk right into the cabin and enjoy all of the interior spaces, plus a rear covered patio, without needing to climb a single stair.



The cabin’s floor plan features a split sleeping layout with the master bedroom, master bath and a walk-in closet on one side of the living area and two additional bedrooms and a guest bathroom on the opposite side. A dedicated workspace is found in the rear guest bedroom.

The master bedroom and one guest bedroom are furnished with rustic solid wood king beds with memory foam mattresses while the third bedroom features a twin bed with a memory foam topped spring coil mattress.



✦ KITCHEN ✦

Quality full-sized stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and abundant cabinet space highlight the well-stocked, modern kitchen. All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are there for you along with plenty of kitchen gadgets and small appliances perfect for making breakfast, lunch or dinner during your stay! For dining in, a dining table shares space in the open concept kitchen and living area.



✦ OUTDOOR LIVING ✦

Outside, you'll find an inviting front covered patio with comfortable furnishings, a warm fire pit table and soft party lights. This space is enjoyable for gathering in the evening after the sun has set. The rear covered patio is set up for outdoor cooking and dining with a grill and outdoor dining set. The mountain views are best enjoyed from the rear patio where you’ll undoubtedly begin your day with a cup of coffee.

Here is a list of the many items we provide: bath/kitchen towels, bed linens, cookware, dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, dish soap, hand soap, foil, cooking spray, S&P, coffee, Keurig K-cups, coffee filters, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, Kleenex, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent, dryer sheets, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more!

Free paved parking in front of the cabin for up to two vehicles is provided.



✦ ADDITIONAL ✦

For our guests with mountain or road bikes, we offer secure bike storage in a portion of the detached garage. The balance of the garage is not available for guest use. A hose is provided for bike washing.



For guests with a dog, we provide a 30” crate, which will hold up to a medium sized dog. We do not provide any dog beds or blankets.



A shed on the property provides secure, animal-proof housing for trash and recycle containers.
