I have two kids who went to CSU and fell in love with Fort Collins. The central location of this top-floor loft is perfect within walking distance of the grocery store, restaurants, banks, salons, coffee shops, fitness, etc. The quiet secured building has an elevator and a private oversized 1 car garage. It is a slice of heaven, and look forward to sharing it with you.
