If the lead guest is not paying for the booking, the person who is paying must sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID, and their name and address should match the name on the credit card. If this is not the case, the booking will be cancelled by the host.

It is in a downtown city area so please be aware that comes with city life including noise.

Lake Eola views within walking distance to all the restaurants, nightlife, downtown attractions including the Amway arena and the Dr. Philips Center.
Publix & convenient stores are around the corner. Lynx limo bus which is free goes to all the main attractions in the area. Theres also the sunrail. Uber, zip car, lyft and taxis.
