You can divide up the kids, or even sleep more adults in our TWO huge bunk rooms suites! Each one offers 4 additional Queen bunk beds and its own private full bathroom. Plus each one offers something unique. The south bunk room offers stunning views unlike any other in the Broken Bow area, with a gorgeous sitting area and desk, where you can catch up on some work, reading…but we bet you just get lost in the scenery. The north bunk room has THREE TVs mounted to the wall for the gamers in your group! Once they enter this bunk, you may not see them again for a while!

The living areas offer ample and comfortable seating, where you can split off and have separate conversations or activities, and of course every seat has a stunning view! The Living room sectional also offers a queen air sleeper for additional sleeping.
The downstairs game room is fully equipped with a full size Brunswick pool table, an arcade console, plenty of board games and a mini bar with sink and fridge. It even has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. You’ll find the additional full bathroom in the hall quite convenient as a powder room, or for use by the guests who sleep in the game room or living room.

This unbelievable getaway is only minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and all of the attractions of Hochatown, but offers a unique experience where you’ll find yourself hesitant to even leave the property! Our two tiered mountain-top terrace gives you the feeling of being at your own national park, with a vintage style pedestal binocular for observing distant landmarks and the gorgeous surroundings of the Ouachita National Forest. You’ll have plenty of room to play outdoor games, take photos until you’re heart’s content, soak in a hot tub with a view, or relax by the fire pit. Restoration Point is located in the highly sought after Woodland Hills community, and most importantly in the Woodland Bluffs Phase 1. This lot is the most premier lot in the entire development. It's well worth the 4 mile drive from highway 259 to get here, for the quiet seclusion of this gem of a mountain top. *NOTE* At times Cress Road can be a bit ROUGH! You don't need a 4x4 or high clearance vehicle to get here, but we suggest taking it slow. It's actually a beautiful drive and we hope the road gets paved soon!

“My dream winter wonderland wedding”
I got married here and stayed during the weekend of the snow storm it was so hard to get up there due to the roads being bad and so many things went wrong but it was all worth it for the view and this specific cabin. It was absolutely breathtaking I would do it a million times over for that view. Jason was very responsive and helpful we were so blessed to have this cabin during this weekend

I cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough! Our group of 16 girls fit comfortably and the house came equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the hot tub and fire pit! The house was squeaky clean, the beds were so comfy and there were plenty of towels and pillows for the entire group (even towels for the hot tub). The showers were fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was so convenient. Plenty of chairs in the kitchen, living room, and on the patio for large groups. The host, Jason, was extremely helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had leading up to our trip!

The property is amazing! The water supply was sporadic which affected our overall experience. Though this cannot be helped by the property owner, it still made our stay somewhat frustrating when the water supply/pressure did not meet our needs to take shower or baths at will.

The water district is well aware that our cabin has experienced the worst of the recent water volume fluctuations due to our high elevation. Since so many new cabins were opened this summer, the demand was outpacing the supply. They assured us that the new water tower, now almost complete should solve our issues by the end of August, 2023. We hope to host you again in the near future once the water issues are behind us and Restoration Point is perfect again!

Wedding Bliss
We picked this location to have a quick runaway wedding. It was by far absolutely perfect! The View was amazing, the accommodations were amazing, and the communication with any issues with the owner was absolutely amazing as well. The property is very new and is in great condition and provided plenty of activities for all of us to do and create the perfect background for an amazing wedding! I hope to go back for our anniversary in the future!

Ladies Weekend Getaway
Wow!!! Upon arrival we were stunned by the house itself and the back view was AMAZING! The patio was large and just enough room for our morning yoga. It was 25 of us and the house was spacious and clean. One of the best I’ve stayed at in Broken Bow. The property manager was responsive and very nice. It is at the top of the mountain so be prepared to travel a little ways up on rocky roads. However, once you arrive you will not be disappointed. We are definitely planning on retiring in the future.

This place is amazing! Every window has a beautiful view unlike any cabin I have ever stayed. I’ve probably been to Brokenbow, eight times in the last 10 years. “My dream winter wonderland wedding”

I got married here and stayed during the weekend of the snow storm it was so hard to get up there due to the roads being bad and so many things went wrong but it was all worth it for the view and this specific cabin. It was absolutely breathtaking I would do it a million times over for that view. Jason was very responsive and helpful we were so blessed to have this cabin during this weekend

“Absolutely stunning ”

Restoration Point is absolutely breath taking. The entire house is lovely and well decorated and the outside views are just outstanding. The sunsets on the deck were stunning. Our family enjoyed staying here so much!

Best views!!

Loved this house! Awesome views, lots of room for a group of 16 adults and 6 kids! A little further out from places but loved the seclusion too! All in all great property!!

I cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough! Our group of 16 girls fit comfortably and the house came equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the hot tub and fire pit! The house was squeaky clean, the beds were so comfy and there were plenty of towels and pillows for the entire group (even towels for the hot tub). The showers were fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was so convenient. Plenty of chairs in the kitchen, living room, and on the patio for large groups. The host, Jason, was extremely helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had leading up to our trip!

Restoration Point

The property is amazing! The water supply was sporadic which affected our overall experience. Though this cannot be helped by the property owner, it still made our stay somewhat frustrating when the water supply/pressure did not meet our needs to take shower or baths at will.

I completely understand your frustration about the water and we appreciate you giving us an otherwise great review for everything else! The water district is well aware that our cabin has experienced the worst of the recent water volume fluctuations due to our high elevation. Since so many new cabins were opened this summer, the demand was outpacing the supply. They assured us that the new water tower, now almost complete should solve our issues by the end of August, 2023. We hope to host you again in the near future once the water issues are behind us and Restoration Point is perfect again!

Wedding Bliss

We picked this location to have a quick runaway wedding. It was by far absolutely perfect! The View was amazing, the accommodations were amazing, and the communication with any issues with the owner was absolutely amazing as well. The property is very new and is in great condition and provided plenty of activities for all of us to do and create the perfect background for an amazing wedding! I hope to go back for our anniversary in the future!

Ladies Weekend Getaway

Wow!!! Upon arrival we were stunned by the house itself and the back view was AMAZING! The patio was large and just enough room for our morning yoga. It was 25 of us and the house was spacious and clean. One of the best I’ve stayed at in Broken Bow. The property manager was responsive and very nice. It is at the top of the mountain so be prepared to travel a little ways up on rocky roads. However, once you arrive you will not be disappointed. We are definitely planning on retiring in the future.

Awesome Cabin!

A beautiful cabin that truly checked all the boxes for us. Spacious bedrooms/ living areas combined with the best views of Broken Bow outside! We didn’t want to leave! Thanks again

This place is amazing! Every window has a beautiful view unlike any cabin I have ever stayed. I’ve probably been to Brokenbow, eight times in the last 10 years. This place is absolutely best views and great value. You will not be disappointed! Plenty of room for your entire family and all their friends. My wife kept saying she wanted a place like this.
