Welcome to our stunning vacation home in Tahoe Village! With 3 bedrooms, loft bedroom, & 3 bath, our spacious retreat is for up to 8 guests. Enjoy the luxurious kings and queen beds, and full bunk bed in the loft. During summer, indulge in water activities and hiking trails. In winter, ski and snowboard at nearby resorts. The casinos / gondola are just a 10-min drive. Relax in the community pool & hot tub, and dine at the nearby Fox and Hound restaurant.

Our home offers a truly exceptional experience for every guest. With multiple stories, there is ample space for everyone to spread out and feel at home. One amenity is the fireplace, where you can gather with your loved ones and create lasting memories.

The dining area is designed to comfortably seat 8 people, providing the perfect setting for enjoyable meals and lively board game nights. And when its time to retreat and recharge, youll be delighted to find not just one, but two luxurious King beds, one Queen bed, and two full beds. This ensures that everyone has plenty of room to sleep comfortably or simply relax in their own private space.

For some indoor entertainment, the loft features a foosball table, perfect for some friendly competition and quality time with family and friends. And if youre in need of a breath of fresh air or a peaceful moment to yourself, youll have your choice of three decks to enjoy your morning coffee or simply soak in the beauty of the surrounding nature.

Stagecoach and Boulder lifts are less than a mile away. Heavenly offers a seasonal shuttle service to the resorts, so no need to worry about parking. Shuttle pick up spot is across the road.

The Tahoe rim trail is also less than a mile away for some great hiking.

Edgewood Championship Golf course is only 14 minutes away with 3 wonderful restaurants. This is where the celebrity Golf Course takes place. This public course is rated as one of Golf Digest top public golf courses.

You will have access to the whole townhouse, and 3 private decks. You also have access to the community pool and hot tub just steps away. The pool is seasonal and the hot tub is year round.

Our location in Tahoe Village offers convenient access to various amenities and attractions.

The Reno airport is just a short 1-hour drive away, Sacramento, the airport is a little over 2 hours away, providing another convenient option.

Stagecoach and Boulder lifts are less than a mile away from our location. No need to worry about parking, Heavenly offers a shuttle service from a near by shuttle stop.

Tahoe Rim Trail, which is also less than a mile away.

There is a small convenience store and the Fox and Hound Restaurant just 0.2 miles away.

The South Lake Tahoe casinos and Gondola are only a short 10-minute drive away.

Zephyr Cove, which is just 6 miles away.

Ski run marina 15 minutes away.
