Enjoy this home away from home. GVE is a low density complex, so little to no wait on elevators! Walk to Walmart or to breakfast. Want to watch a game & eat out, several are in walking distance. Park you car for the week!

This is a family friendly condo. It is perfect for large families or for a couple of families to make memories. Games, puzzles & sand toys for all ages.
King beds can be found in two bedrooms. The third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. Make memories that last a life time as you experience the Gulf coast! State parks and entertainment are within minutes. Most times an open elevator awaits you as you enter the building. You & and your family will enjoy a low stress retreat from the hustle-bustle of everyday life!

There is a fine imposed by the HOA if caught smoking on the balcony, in the condo, on the pool deck or withing the common areas of the building. There is a smoking area located on the Northeast corner of the property.

No Parking

There are two parking passes. The blue one permits parking on the south side of the street (under and in front of the building) or on the south side of the street. The orange pass is only permitted on the south side of the street NOT under the building.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

You will receive your check-in packet with the code with 24 hours prior to arrival. There is a code that will be provided for access to the building and a separate code for access to the condo.

Check Out: 9AM

No pets

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

The person who books the condo must be 25 as dictated by the condo's HOA.

Maximum occupancy: 10

House Rules

Absolute no smoking in unit or on balcony. There is a smoking space on near the street on the east side.

Blue parking pass permits parking under the complex.
Orange parking pass permits parking across the street.

Blue parking pass MUST be returned to the unit after check-out. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fee to replace it. The orange pass may be thrown away.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. You may be required to forward a copy of your state-issued ID.
Not suitable for children and infants without supervision. No smoking! No pets! No parties or events! Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Payment Policy

Initial payment must be made by check, Zelle, or Venmo. Subsequent payments can be made by check.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. If I am able to re-book, I will gladly refund your reservation less the credit card fees, if applicable.
