Enjoy stunning ocean views from this 3rd floor beach villa in the heart of Hilton Head's most popular beach. Modern, updated open lay out with a full kitchen, open bedroom and full tiled shower. Queen bed in the bedroom, one bunk in the bedroom and a pull out queen sleeper in the living room. Great beach location and just a couple blocks from Dining, Shopping and Entertainment! Located in Seaside, a gated, ocean front complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach. About 2 Blocks from The Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza with its numerous restaurants and shops. My wife, Kendall, and I live on the island. We own several villas in Seaside and take care of several others for out of town owners. We are available whenever needed and love to offer recommendations as well. Seaside Villas is an oceanfront complex about 2 blocks down from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops and entertainment Biking is the preferred method of transportation on the island. Rentals are available across the street from our building or you can bring your own. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

“Wonderful and well stocked ”
10/10 for a cute little relaxing spot. Walking distance to tons of stuff! Super well stocked kitchen like one of the best I’ve ever seen. It is a Keurig and I thought I saw drip pot somewhere so I brought grounds but they even provided pods for the next morning which was a life saver! Beach items provided and they even had extra fans in the closet. I will book again!

Great little getaway place...
The space was great for me and my parents to get away for a quick overnight trip. It was clean and the television was large and perfect for my dad who is not a beach fan. The wagon and chairs available were great for my mom and I to use at the beach. I would stay here again!

Great weekend getaway!
We had a great visit to South Forest Beach. The property management team was super helpful and communicated often! They even brought us a larger coffee maker since my husband and I are big coffee drinkers. The unit is clean, had everything we needed and was well maintained! There is one air conditioning unit in the living area so we plugged in the fans provided as we like it super cold when we sleep! Easy walk to the beach and was so nice to have bikes provided. Thank you Kendall for helping us have a great weekend getaway!

The condo was a little smaller than we expected but was great for just the 2 of us and very clean. It’s within a short walk to coligny plaza for breakfast, coffee, dinner and groceries. Very easy to get to once on island and only a short drive to sea pines.

Pleasant stay on the beach
Totally agree with other positive reviews about this condo. It was great for a getaway for just the two of us. The condo indeed had everything that we needed, inside and out. Chairs, a wagon, beach mats, sand toys, boogie boards, etc were already there on the patio for our enjoyment. The condo has a great view of the ocean and the beach was always just a brief walk away just across the parking lot. The location was ideal, right around all the restaurants and stores we wanted or needed. If we had walked or bike, it would have only been a few minutes to travel to where we wanted to go each morning / evening. The bikes being available for use was a great plus, just wish we had used them. We will definitely look to reserve this condo again in the future. Management / ownership was great and kept in close contact the whole time.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible
We have a security gate to get in the parking lot and an electronic lock on the door. The code to each will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. There is no assigned parking, but do not block anyone in. You are in the building on the right, use either of the 2 gates on the right to enter. Your parking pass will be in the unit. If security is present, tell them that you are just arriving and need to go up to get your pass. The pass must be on your vehicle’s dashboard during your stay.

Check in time is after 4pm, we will message you if the condo is ready early, please do not arrive without hearing from us. If you get there before you hear from us, you may park and head to the beach and pool.

To enter the condo type the code and manually turn the deadbolt, do the same to lock it.
