GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have full access to the entire house, and will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before their arrival.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

PARKING: This is a shared driveway. Please park on the LEFT side of the driveway. Street parking allowed.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS: We have one, actively recording camera overlooking the front and back entrance porches and front doorbell camera which records video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

Tampering of cameras and WiFi router will be ground for cancellation without refund.

By the basement stairs, there is a wall mounted fire extinguisher and first aid kit in the kitchen drawer next to the dishwasher. Laundry unit - Washer and dryer located in the basement.

HOUSE RULES:
