Red Barn Ranch is an upscale, fully organic, and sustainable, Retreat & Farm Stay property, situated on 4 acres. This property boasts 7 bedroom and 5.5 bath on an enchanting park-like setting. Enjoy endless entertainment in the barn game room, oasis pool, hot tub, outdoor dining, vineyard, greenhouse, 2 BBQ grills, yard games, fire pit, and bird garden w/ chickens, ducks and peafowl and onsite farm stand! Neighborhood wineries are within walking distance and within a short drive are beaches, golf courses and world-famous Amusement Parks.

This expansive property consists of 3 separate structures. The Main House, Barn Game Room and The Tiny Home (Industrial Mini Mansion). Combined indoor space of 5,500.

Main House
This is a one story, 6 bedroom home with 4 bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. The home has a full size refrigerator with an additional deep freezer on the patio. There are no stairs to enter the main home.

The Tiny Home (IMM)
This 258 sq ft space boasts a very spacious layout for it's tiny footprint. There are stairs to enter this dwelling.
-Kitchenette Equipped with Toaster Oven, Microwave, Coffee Pot, French Press, Refrigerator & Freezer, Filtered Water, Ice, Dishware, Glassware
-Full Size Bathroom with Shower & Oversized Vanity Sink, Halo- fog free touch mirror, space for luggage

-TV Lounge with 55" Smart TV

Barn Game Room
The Barn Game room is a 2,200 sq ft Barn. There are no stairs to enter this space. This space does not central heat/AC. There are large roll up doors/windows/ and fan. 2 propane heaters are available in the cold months. The Barn Game Room and Lounge is a great space for the family to congregate, watch movies, play games and relax. The Barn is equipped with multiple seating lounges, 7 arcade games, popcorn machine, an Industrial refrigerator, side by side basketball, dome hockey, pool table, shuffle board, giant connect 4 and more.

The park-like setting Includes:
- Oasis Pool and Hot tub (fully fenced for safety**)
- 2,200 sq ft Game Room & Lounge in the Red Barn

Get away from it all and retreat into Ramona Valley Wine country with your loved ones! Get ready to enjoy a lazy afternoon on the Farmhouse porch as you take in the sounds of nature. After a leisurely morning, spend the afternoon hiking on one of the many famous hiking trails nearby. Work up an appetite conquering Potato Chip rock and then settle into the afternoon with an invigorating swim in the pool. Golfers can visit the captivating course at Mt. Woodson Golf Club or San Vicente Resort and Golf Club. Ramona is the new Southern California wine country, offering many local estate wines that are like no other. From the house it is a short walk to Principe di Tricase, Cactus Star Vineyard, Mermaid Winery, and Woof'n Rose Winery. There are over 30 wineries located within a 10 mile radius, making wine tours and tasting adventures easily accessible. While Ramona feels like you are a world away from civilization, you are within a 40 minute drive of any and all of the attractions within the greater San Diego area. This is a lovely jumping off point to visit the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Lego Land, The Safari Park, Balboa Park, Gaslamp, Del Mar and La Jolla Beaches, Coronado or apple pie tasting in Julian.
