☆ Modern Bathrooms: All bathrooms have been meticulously redesigned to feature crisp white tiles complemented by modern gold finishes.

☆ Family-Friendly: As parents of young children, we understand how challenging traveling with little ones can be. That's why we've made every effort to accommodate families with young kids. We provide a pack 'n play with crib sheets, there are also books, games, and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy!

☆ Pet friendly: We are pet friendly at a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. No pets are to be left unattended in the home. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints.

☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.

☆ Desert Living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it's natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you'd like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.

☆ Guest Access: As our guests, you'll enjoy full access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a private and luxurious experience. From the vibrant living spaces to the outdoor pool, hot tub, and firepit, every corner of our desert retreat is yours to explore and enjoy.

☆ Contactless, 24/7 Check-In: We value your convenience and safety, which is why we offer a completely contactless check-in process. Regardless of your arrival time, you'll be able to access the property at your leisure, day or night.

☆ Digital Guest Book & Unique Access Code: To make your stay as seamless as possible, you will receive a digital guest book filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations. Additionally, a unique front door code will be provided to you 2 days prior to your check-in, ensuring secure and hassle-free entry to your vacation oasis.

Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests, and you can easily reach us by phone or email.
