We provide a pack n play with crib sheets, there are also books, games, and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy!

☆ Pet friendly: We are pet friendly at a fee of $75 per pet, per stay. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. No pets are to be left unattended in the home. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints.

☆ Hot Tub: The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, it can be heated from the backyard it takes about 30 minutes to get to 100-102 degrees.

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.

☆ Desert Living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so its natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if youd like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.

☆ Contactless, 24/7 Check-In: We value your convenience and safety, which is why we offer a completely contactless check-in process. Regardless of your arrival time, youll be able to access the property at your leisure, day or night.

☆ Digital Guest Book & Unique Access Code: To make your stay as seamless as possible, you will receive a digital guest book filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations. Additionally, a unique front door code will be provided to you 2 days prior to your check-in, ensuring secure and hassle-free entry to your vacation oasis.
