Welcome to Grand Valleyview Retreat - located at the Grand Traverse Resort and just minutes from East Bay beaches! Kick back and relax in this quiet & stylish space, with beautiful golf course and East Bay water views. Connected to the Grand Traverse Resort by lower-level hallways, you have access to all the restaurants, bars and shops of the resort. Just 7 minutes from Flintfields Horse Park or the private Grand Traverse Resort beach, 15 minutes to downtown Traverse City or Elk Rapids!

This top floor end unit - with elevator access - is completely updated, including brand new furniture. It features 1 bedroom, with a king size bed, and a new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to cook a warm meal during your stay. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room. The balcony is private and offers beautiful nature views.

*This condo is privately owned and doesn’t have any resort amenities, like the resort pools or gym. However, all of the golf courses, the spa, the restaurants and shops at the Grand Traverse Resort are open to the public. If you book a spa service, you have access to the pool area before or after.

The resort also offers a free shuttle service to Turtle Creek Casino.

House Rules

Absolutely no smoking or pets are allowed. The resort has a strict no pet policy and the condo owner has a dog & cat hair allergy. There will be a $500 fine assessed if the unit smells like smoke or traces of pet hair are found.

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your stay. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If canceled 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit is refunded. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund your payment if we are able to rebook your dates.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
