Perfect corner unit. 3 miles to the strip. Remodeled so everything is new and clean. It is the perfect condo for a comfortable work or holiday stay. Nearby stores include Starbucks, Walmart Supercenter, Vons, Denny's, plenty of fast food. Quick Lyft/Uber ride to the attractions.

Excellent location in Las Vegas, near everything in a modest but safe community. This is an urban condo community that appeals to budget conscious travelers.

Super fast T-Mobile 5g home internet.

Washer and dryer available in unit so you can travel light yet always be clean and fresh. I provide detergent and fabric softener. Ironing board and iron included.

The kitchen includes refrigerator, full stove/oven, microwave, blender, dishes, etc..

REVERSE OSMOSIS water filter so you will have unlimited clean refreshing water without having to get it at the store.

TV in living room and both bedrooms.

Full bathroom accessible from main living area. Half bath is in one of the bedrooms.

Full closet in each bedroom.

Pool is open 10am to 10pm from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

You can see from reviews I take cleanliness very seriously.

The condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building so there is no overhead noise and quite in general.

You will have the entire condo to yourself.

I will be in town most of the time if needed.

The bus is a two minute walk.

Jack's place was ours for almost 30 days and we had a great work/vacation stay. Close enough to get around Vegas but far enough way to not be overwhelmed. Lots of local restaurants. Jack earned the super host rating with a well equipped space (kitchen was amazing) that was clean and welcoming. As a digital nomad, the wifi was amazing so I could work easily any time of the day/night no matter how many devices were on in the apartment network. TV streaming worked well and you could sign into your own networks (remember to bring your user name and password to set it up). When we had a question or concern, we reached out and Jack got a quick response. The apartment is on the second floor and there are no elevators but close parking makes it an easy walk up. Keeping everything clean was easy with all the supplies and didn't require a lot of upkeep. Overall, a great space and would be glad to go back again!

Jack is the most thoughtful, responsive and accommodating host. The apartment has everything you need. We stayed there for a month and settled right in with conveniences of having washing machine, dryer, cooking accommodations and cleaning supplies. We did not have a car but the stores are close by, also choice of many restaurants, Uber/ Lyft easy to find and bus was just 2 blocks away. Thank you Jack for making our stay so convenient.

Very nice, quiet place to stay. We used it as our base for climbing at Red Rock. A little bit of a drive, but excellent price and having the extra 1/2 bathroom was great. Would stay again. Jack was excellent with communication and checked to be sure everything was okay during our stay.

Clean house! Nothing was old, everything nicely renovated. Jack was very informative and very responsive. There were many instructions that also had personal notes on how Jack would use/do something. The house had extra towels and things such as trash bags, soap, Tupperware, etc.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay here! The apartment had everything we needed and was very close to the strip and a bus stop was nearby so it was easy to get around the city. It was also very clean. The neighborhood was quiet, we only heard the neighbors once during the trip. There are restaurants nearby, a Walgreens, and massage places also so even if you didn't want to go into the strip, there are things to do in the neighborhood. Jack was an excellent communicator throughout our trip, making the experience easy and smooth. If any issue arose, he was quick to fix it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Jack's place!!
