Come enjoy our 5 Star rated private, cabin located in The Village of Cobbly Nob on beautiful Webb Mountain and Bent Creek Golf Course, including 3 swimming pools & tennis courts! Daa Bears is situated on a mountain top with a beautiful view perfect for that morning cup of coffee before starting the day exploring all that there is to do and see in the Great Smoky Mtns! Then come home to relax in the hot tub, snuggle beside the fireplace or take a dip in the romantic, indoor jacuzz1!
Our cabin is perfectly located between 2 entrances to the Smoky Mountain National Park and comes equipped with everything you will need for your next great vacation destination! It is fully furnished with dishes, pots, pans, linens and towels. It features a hot tub, 1 King Bed, 2 twins and a pull-out sofa couch, allowing up to 6 people to sleep comfortably.

Come enjoy a game of pool with family / friends or take a dip in one of the 3 community swimming pools in the area!

The indoor jacuzzi even has a waterfall that can be turned on for a relaxing and romantic evening at home. We even have a gas grill that is perfect for cooking burgers or steaks after a fantastic day exploring the area. Then enjoy the sunsets off the back deck with a glass of wine and soaking in the hot tub letting your troubles melt away!

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Good afternoon and Thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and staying at our property!

Here is your check-in information for your arrival:

-Check-in any time after 4 pm and check out is at 10:00 AM on the day that your stay ends.
-The address is 551 Thissa Way Gatlinburg, TN
-Door code will be texted to the phone number provided prior to check in
**This is the second cabin on left!**

-Free WiFi is also provided during your stay:
-wifi name : daabears
-password : Scones08

-Fireplace is only operable between Sept (Labor Day) through May (Memorial Day). Please do not move the gas fireplace logs as it will cause the fireplace to be inoperable and you will be charged the fee to repair.

-The hot tub might not be completely "hot" when arriving at 4 pm, because we drain, clean and refill it and it takes several hours to reach a higher temperature.

***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them.

*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to email Diana, through your booking site or text/call Misty or Alyssa at (865) 279-5295 between the hours of 8am-9pm. All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day.

For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 3% credit card fee.

Notes

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *Hot Tub may take a couple of hours to heat up upon check-in due to enhanced cleaning to empty and sanitize it after every guest stay! *Cancelations may be subject to a 3% Credit Card bank fee. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
