Upon booking, a waiver will be signed by booking guest. A customized code will provided 24-48 hours prior to check in day.

Please note check in is anytime after 4pm to 10pm. Please note check out is at 10am.

Rules for booking: -Must be 25 years old + to book -All guests must be 25 older unless accompanied with family -Provide copy of gov issued photo ID -Provide first/last names of all guests -Sign liability waiver Note: no life guard on duty. Please accept use of pool/bbq/bunk beds at your own risk. - We are at the beach. While we get pool service 2X's a week, mother nature has her own schedule at times. We do not offer refunds after the policy due to weather. Please purchase travel insurance! - While we do get pest control service, we are very close to nature. We may get bugs indoors occasionally, please keep the doors closed to prevent them from coming indoors. - Please note that systems will be set between 70-75 degrees and we ask that you do not move the thermostat above or below the temps listed. - Please no parties, smoking of any kind indoor or outdoors. This is a family friendly property! Please be respectful of the neighbors as we want to be good neighbors. *Please ensure that you purchase travel insurance as we do not provide changes/ refunds outside of the policy. The gulf can have extreme weather or in the event you have a family emergency, this can help protect your vacation funds. Thanks!

Payment Policy

Payment can be paid in 2. 50% at time of booking and 50% 60days prior to check in date.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Refund in full if cancellation is processed within 60 days from check in. No refunds if requested within 60days of check in date. Please purchase travel insurance.
