Step into the magic @MagicalMagnoliaManor. Only 3 miles (10-15 min) to Disney parks and about 25 minutes to Universal Studios, the Manor keeps you close to the action while letting you escape to a private haven. Star Wars, Harry Potter, Minions, Lion King, & Toy Story-themed rooms. A game room with pool, foosball, exploding death star light, and a Holochess table. The back of the house features your own private heated (optional) pool overlooking a nature reserve and a Weber propane grill.
At the Manor, we love the abundant Florida sunshine, swimming in the private pool overlooking a nature preserve with no rear neighbors. In addition to the many nearby theme parks, we enjoy going for hikes at nearby parks, enjoying an occasional beach day along the coast, or watching a night launch from Cape Canaveral in the backyard. We hope your family enjoys the area and the Manor as much as we do!
The Manor features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including 2 king bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms.
BEDROOM 1 - KING EN SUITE
Escape the hustle of theme parks and recharge with bright vaulted ceiling, modern furniture, sophisticated decor, and comfy and stylish bedding. Sink into the soft support of the Tuft & Needle King size mattress. Awaken to a view out the patio doors over the private pool to a nature preserve with no rear neighbors. Large walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom features a luxurious rain shower head, large garden tub, dual sinks with custom quartz countertops, and a separate water closet.
BEDROOM 2 - KING EN SUITE
Set apart from other bedrooms, the 2nd King en suite bedroom is spacious with a large bright segmented arch window and a vaulted ceiling. The en suite bathroom features a large walk-in shower and new quartz top vanity.
BEDROOM 3 - HARRY POTTER
This one-of-a-kind Harry Potter experience features Harry’s luggage cart as it disappears into the brick wall of Platform 9 3/4, the Hogwarts Express, and 2 twin beds. Also, take a virtual ride in the life-size replica of the passenger cabin of the Hogwarts Express.
BEDROOM 4 - LION KING
Features a twin over double bunk bed that we like to call Rafikis Treehouse. From the treehouse, you can look out over the custom sunset mural or hangout with Simba, Timon, and Pumba in the Pride Rock nook.
3RD BATHROOM - MINIONS
Another one of a kind experience, this bathroom is for Authorized Minons Only.
GAME ROOM - STAR WARS
The fun continues in the large custom Star Wars-themed game room, featuring a pool table, foosball table, a custom Holochess/Dejarik table, and a 65 4K Smart TV. The game room is fully air-conditioned along with the rest of the house.
LIVING ROOM
Unwind on the comfy sectional sofa with a 65 4K Smart TV in the living room with vaulted ceilings and loads of natural light from soaring windows. Tasteful Toy Story accents. Plus, weve hidden little surprise figures on the walls throughout the house. Kids will have fun looking for them all!
DINING
Dine at the large rustic wood dining table with seating for 6-8. There are also 4 solid wood stools at the large quartz countertop peninsula. Or take in a meal or a beverage at the outdoor table on the screened lanai with outdoor ceiling fan.
KITCHEN
The kitchen features quartz counters and is equipped with all the essentials: dishes, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, microwave, range, coffee maker, toaster, fridge / freezer with ice maker, and blender.
POOL/OUTSIDE
Step out to the rear of the Manor into our pool oasis. Our lot is special with no rear neighbors, hedges on both sides, and a view out over a nature preserve. You’ll find a spacious fully screened pool deck with adjustable lounge chairs, reclining sitting chairs and a giant connect 4 game. The pool ranges from about 3 feet to 5 feet deep. At night the space is lit by LED string lights for an enchanting glow. The pool can be heated for a cost of $25/day for all days of your stay. You can specify if you want pool heat when you sign the rental agreement that we will send you after booking. Outside of the screened enclosure is an additional patio featuring more seating and a Weber propane gas grill (propane not included).

Getting around
A car is recommended for your stay for maximum convenience. The area is also served by ride-share companies, Uber and Lyft which can take you anywhere including the airport and theme parks if you prefer.
Please park your vehicles in the driveway or along the street. If you park on the street, please ensure the right tires are on the concrete curbs and not on the grass. Driving or parking on the grass by even a few inches is prohibited and may break sprinkler heads or crack irrigation pipes causing damage and water leaks.
RVs, trailers, and commercial vehicles are prohibited per HOA rules and cannot be parked in the neighborhood.

We want to ensure that you have a great stay at the Manor. The Manor is a special place for our family and we are excited to share it with you and yours. To help maintain the Manor and provide for everyone’s safety, the following rules and terms apply to all stays and all guests. By booking our place, you are agreeing to these rules.
- GUESTS - All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered guests or temporary visitors are allowed in the Manor EVER. Anyone allowed on the property by guest without being on the reservation will result in a fee of $200 per person per night and may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Maximum of eight (8) guests staying in the Manor (children and infants included).
- NO SMOKING / NO SMOKERS - Strictly no smoking, vaping, legal or illegal drugs, or e-cigarettes of any kind in the house or on the property at any time including outdoors. We rent only to non-smokers. Smokers are not allowed, even if you smoke outside, as we are allergic even to smoke residue.
- NOISE LEVELS - We expect guests to be good neighbors. Guests should not create noise likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Noise levels should be kept to a normal conversation level. No yelling, shouting, or loud music. Excessive noise after one warning may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
-RENTAL AGREEMENT - Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of acceptable government issued photo ID (e.g. driver's license, passport). You will be provided the rental agreement and must complete it in full and agree to the terms at the time of reservation.
-USE OF THE PROPERTY AND ITS AMENITIES: If anything on the property breaks or is not working properly during your stay, please notify the Management Company immediately so that the item or service can be fixed. Efforts will be made to correct the situation as soon as practicable. Damage due to Guest abuse will result in additional charges.
- INDEMNIFICATION AND INSURANCE - The Guest(s) shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guest(s) expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Owner may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest(s), and that Guest(s) should purchase their own insurance for Guest(s) and visitors if such coverage is desired.
- NO PETS OR SERVICE ANIMALS OR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS - The owner is allergic to pet hair and dander and so no animals of any kind are allowed in the home at any time, under any circumstances. $1,000 fee applies for violations.
- PARKING - Please park in the driveway. If you must park in the street, make sure your tires are not on the grass. There is no parking allowed on the grass and there are sprinkler heads along the edges that can break if you drive over them. The HOA prohibits the parking of RVs, campers, trailers, and commercial vehicles in the neighborhood.
- GRILL - A Weber propane gas grill is available for your use at the Manor and there is no additional charge for use. A propane tank is included however propane gas is NOT included. While there may be gas left in the tank that you are welcome to use, you are responsible for filling the tank with propane if you wish to use the grill. The tank can be disconnected from the grill and brought to the Ace Hardware on W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (also known as 192) to be refilled. You are responsible for cleaning the grill before and after your use as cleaning is not included in the cleaning fee for the home. No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM.
