Welcome to your home away from home! This house built in the 70's has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 8 beds ( 4 queen, 4 twins) . Nestled in the heart of East Houston close to I10 & Beltway 8, with easy access to major highways. Making it a quick drive to many of the city's top spots. The kitchen has essentials , WiFi, Hulu, NETFLIX, DISNEY+ and much more!
Located in east Houston, 20 miles to downtown, 17 miles to midtown mostly highway. The house is a tropical paradise with a deep 12 ft pool . It does have shallow end for kids. Pool is not heated. Hot tub is kept around 90-100 F. Backyard has covered patio with outdoor dining table. I10E and beltway 8 are just minutes away and so is Walmart and home depot.

House Rules

1.No extra guests allowed in the house or pool. If someone is visiting than add them to guest count before booking . Extra guests will be changed. 2.No parties or events allowed . 3. No loud music or gatherings outside on pool or patio after 10 pm. 4. Please make sure hot tub is closed when not using otherwise water will evaporate and burn the pump. Please make sure there is enough water in hot tub. Failure to properly use Hot Tub will take it against the Security Deposit. 5. There will be leaves falling during Fall and Spring Season, Pools might be covered with Tree pollen 6. Outdoor furniture can have dust on it due to rain and wind. 7. Check-out is 11AM unless stated otherwise. A Mandatory $100 fee per hour for unauthorized "Overstay". If "Overstay" exceeds two hours past checkout, guest is responsible for the Daily Base Rate (without discounts) & does not award you possession of the property for the day of "Overstay". If guest wants to extend their stay (based upon availability), a new official booking will need to be made. If "Overstay" causes a future reservation to be refunded, guest is responsible for the full cost of reimbursement. 8. Courtesy of 1 hour earlier checkin might be possible but anything more is $200 early checkin fees applies.No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Payment on platform always gets rejected for some reason, i can take payment through credit cards using my chase business app or can send payment invoice through paypal, both are 3.5% charge.

Damage Deposit Policy

1. Pool is not heated. It’s an outdoor residential pool and will have leaves and pollen some days. Hot tub season is October-May. Other times it might not be on. 2.Most people are used to commercial pools and residential pools have trees and other vegetation around and we do not own a pool cleaning company and can ask someone to come clean when few leaves fall in the pool. 3.Hot tub is kept 90-100F. 4.Our home is over 50 years old and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging and charming patina both inside and outside.”This is an old home so please don’t expect a brand new hotel like facility. 5. No parties or events allowed. 6.We require a $500 refundable incidental hold for this property. This incidental hold is not included on the total amount that you will see when you book the listing. We will be sending you the request for the refundable incidental hold through Airbnb's Resolution Center. 7.
