LOCATION
This is location is absolutely amazing! It's very walkable and safe in the morning, and evening. Walk to Waikiki Beach/Waikiki International Marketplace, Diamond Head Hiking trail, Safeway grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Honolulu Zoo, Aquarium, close to Kapiolani Community College, and UH college campus, and more within minutes.

The main bus line is located within footsteps of the property leaving very little to no need for a car. If you have a car there is plenty of free parking in the neighborhood.

Aloha. We enjoyed an extended stay at this well maintained and cute property. Photos represent it well. The location is perfect with easy access to Waikiki, Ala Moana, Kaka’ako, and Downtown. Many great restaurants and food choices are within walking distance. The number 3 bus picks-up at the end of the block and drops off steps from the property. There is a parking spot/driveway if you have a car, but many bus route options are within 1-2 blocks and run frequently, making getting around very easy. We often chose to use the bus for convenience and left our car parked unless venturing out of Honolulu. The unit was well appointed with everything needed including household and personal items, as well as folding beach chairs and snorkel gear. The Safeway grocery store is a few blocks away so you can stock your fridge and cabinets. There is a secured gate entrance to an awning covered enclosed patio area leading to the unit. Motion detector lights as well as outdoor wall lights for nighttime returns. If sitting outside opening the gate allows a nice breeze into the patio. Television with Roku and a multitude of premium channels and streaming applications included. On site coin laundry available, quarters available at many local banks. T was very responsive to our needs and questions, also provided lots of recommendations for dining out. Overall very comfortable and relaxing. For us it was a much better option than a hotel in the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Would highly recommend for those wishing to enjoy more privacy and comforts of home. Mahalo

T's place was great. As other reviews mentioned it feels bigger compared to the photos and was very comfortable. There were many thoughtful touches throughout that instantly made me feel at home and I really appreciated the abundance of things like towels, kitchenware and beach chairs. There was one minor miscommunication with the door code but T responded immediately to get it resolved. Next time I come to Hawaii I'll be sure to check if this place is available.

Great studio that is walking distance to Waikiki and beach, but far enough that you’re not in the hustle and bustle of it. If you decide to stay around the area, Kapahulu has lots of good food options and nearby supermarket. Street parking is easy, you can always find a spot within 1-2 blocks. The place itself is well stocked with everything you could possibly need from food items (oil, mayonnaise) to a first aid kit and floss. Only small downside is the small bathroom and sink. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone!

T’s place was just as expected! And in fact better with plenty amenities inside from the towels and hangars to the pots, pans, soap, q tips, shampoo and more. We had a slight hiccup on the front-end communication wise, but T was great about addressing it upon my arrival. If you’re looking for a great value, this is certainly it. Look no further.

Clean, cozy and really nice local touches in the space. The tall ceilings make it feel much bigger and more spacious, especially having a dog with us. T was an extremely responsive host and helped us with everything we needed during our extended stay as we were waiting to close on and move into our new house. We were able to find street parking for our 2nd vehicle a few blocks away with no issues and even store our surfboard in the outdoor area. Would definitely visit again!
