Thank you for helping us keep our cottage safe and in good condition for future guests.

For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow our house rules. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free as we have a Strict Cancellation policy. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation!

– A maximum of 5 guests are permitted. No un registered guest are permitted overnight .
– ABSOLUTELY no smoking or vaping in the cottage; do not discard butts/ashes in the trash cans inside the unit. ANY evidence of smoking inside the unit will incur a $100 fee to replace return air filters, ionization, and/or carpet and upholstery cleaning.

– Please keep the furniture where it is. We expect guests replace furniture and accessories to original locations if moved.
-Excessive messes that incur additional cleaning fees by our cleaners will result in an additional $50 cleaning fee.

- No Pets
– We purchase hotel quality white towels and linens. We also provide black towels for makeup removal. Please use these towels to remove make-up, for general clean-up, etc. DO NOT use the white towels for these types of tasks as even bleaching often will not remove stains. DO NOT use hair dyes while staying with us as these stain porcelain, towels and sheets, and pillows. Guests will be charged the full $60 fee for ruining sheets.
– If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
– If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
– This cottage is equipped with a video doorbell outside that records guests coming into and out of the property. The field of view on this device is pointing toward the driveway. As well as a camera over the garage that actively records visually and audibly 24/7. This camera is not monitored. No cameras are on the deck , back, or anywhere inside the property.
– Failure to check out before 11am will result in an additional night charge and/or expedited cleaning fee of $50. Items left behind by guests will be held in a secure location for you. If we are not contacted within 24-hours, they will be discarded or donated at our discretion.
– Children under the age of 18 must be under adult supervision at all times and may not be left unattended on our property at any time.

Pet Policy:
-Pre-approval is required for ALL service animals which are always approved and not charged. This is an insurance requirement.
-Keep off all bedding: if your animal sleeps with you, you must bring your own sheets/blanket. We are a pet free property and animals are not allowed on our sheets/blankets.
-Bring and use a sheet or blanket of your own to cover the living room furniture if your pet will be on the furniture.
-Pick up your pets waste and dispose in the outside dumpster only.
-Animals may not be bathed as this clogs the drains.
-Be considerate of other guests and control barking especially between the hours of 9p and 6a
-You are responsible for any damages caused by your service animal

– NO MAIL is to be received at this property. Unless pre-approved by host.
