We are a married couple with two beautiful daughters who own and manage an environmental, health, and safety consulting company. Rebecca is originally from Buffalo, NY, but have moved to the picturesque Port Jervis, NY, some time ago.

There's just something magical about experiencing the different seasons up here, the changing of the colors, the abundance of outdoor activities to do, the thriving city center, and the laid-back vibes of so much history from the past. We are in love with Port Jervis, and we hope you fall in love with it too!

We aim to provide the best possible experience to all visitors through excellent service and quality local recommendations!. There is nothing more reassuring and calming than finding a place that feels like a second home on your travels.

Parking arrangements are as follows:
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
The maximum property capacity is 12 people. Maximum 6 cars 
A $50 charge will be added for every extra guest.
Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet time is from 10pm
till 7 a.m. Please refrain from making noise during that time.
Child Safety/Pets
Our home is suitable for children under the age of 4.
Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
Using glasses outside or in the children’s play area is strictly forbidden for safety reasons.
Pets are not permitted in the house.
Safety - Close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
Please use the swimming pool area according to the safety rules. Do not use any glassware in or around the area. Swimming is to be enjoyed at your risk. There are no lifeguards on duty. There is a latching and locking gate to pool. Be sure it’s properly closed.
Smoking is allowed on the property but NOT inside the home.
Cigarette butts must be disposed of correctly in the ashtrays provided and not littered on the property grounds. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them.
Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages.
The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your security deposit.
No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout, alternatively, a $150 cleaning fee will be added to your booking.
Turn off any electronics when you leave the house. Garbage and recycling arrangements are as follows: Wednesday mornings. Cans are located near garage.

The instructions for checking out. Be sure all electronics and small appliances are off. Lock front door when leaving. Keypad access code will expire at 10am on check out day.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
