This craftsman-style home has a 1st floor primary bedroom with a King bed and en-suite. Two additional bedrooms with Queen beds and a shared bathroom are located upstairs. There is a small overlook from one of the upstairs bedrooms that has sliding doors to allow for privacy or open up to the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, dinnerware, spices, tea, coffee maker and more. There is also a washing machine and dryer available for use.

Roku Smart TV’s and cable in every room.

Outside, enjoy the fire pit or cook dinner on the charcoal grill just off of the covered deck.

Guests have access to the entire home except for a locked utility closet in the downstairs bedroom and the owners closet upstairs.

We do not live on the property but will respond quickly to any messages as needed.

The cabin is just minutes to both downtown Spruce Pine and Little Switzerland. There is a Wal-Mart 10 minutes away that does pick-up.

4WD is recommended in winter months in case of snow or ice.

Hidden Hills cabin is just minutes to both downtown Spruce Pine and Little Switzerland. There is a Wal-Mart (that does pickup) nearby for groceries and supplies.

House Rules

Quiet Hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to respect our neighbors.

A fire pit is available for use on site, however, please do not leave unattended, and extinguish before leaving.

We also ask that you do not wear shoes in the home so that we can keep things clean for our guests.

Please note that a late check-out not previously agreed upon, will incur a $25 fee for every 30 minutes.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Guest receives full refund if cancellation occurs more than 5 days before arrival; If bookings occur within 5 days of check-in, the guest has 24 hours to cancel with a full refund.
