Quiet hours are between 10:30pm to 7:30am No parties or events. No loud/amplified music No unintended guest are allowed unless agreed upon prior to arrival No vaping or smoking inside the house. Outside on the street is fine or 25 ft away from any window/door. Please clean up after yourself No excessive alcohol or drugs (will contact local law enforcement) Restore kitchen to check in condition, clean all used cookware & surfaces. Remove excessive trash outside of trash bin Noise complaints from neighbor Please understand that this set of rules allow us to keep the cleaning fees and nighty rate at a reasonable price so other travelers like yourself can enjoy everything our neighborhood has to offer.
