We're located within walking distance to Waikiki Beach/Waikiki International Marketplace, Diamond Head Hiking trail, Safeway grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Honolulu Zoo, close to Kapiolani Community College, and more.

We have a fully furnished air conditioned queen sized mattress bedroom available in shared house. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, 2 burner Induction cooktop hotplate, Microwave, and utensils to prepare small and large meals. There are two full bathrooms.

Shared spaces amongst the guests include the kitchen, dining, bath and laundry. We encourage everyone never to leave pets and/or personal belongings unattended.

Free street parking footsteps away that has always worked well for our guests

Nice property. There's a TV in every bedroom and in the upstairs common room. The whole house is not air conditioned, but each bedroom and the two common rooms have a through the wall AC unit.

Host was reasonable and accommodating with us. Host went out of their way make us feel at home. Host provided a lot of the necessary things you needed and more. Loved that the Host provided beach necessities so there was no need to buy them while you were there. Host was very good and quick about giving the damage deposit back if there was nothing messed up with the house.

We recommend T's! Our stay, 8 adults and 1 child, was fantastic. T was very accommodating with all requests. As other reviews have mentioned, Waikiki Beach is a mere 20-minute walk. After the first day, we decided to drive and park at the Zoo's parking lot which is only $1.50 per hour and a much closer walk with all the gear we were bringing: cooler, chairs, floats, towels, etc. Use the pull cart we left behind! Our favorite spot at T's was the back porch. Started and ended virtually every day there. We pulled up the chairs from the side yard table and had a blast. If we go back to Oʻahu, we will definitely stay at T's again!

This is an excellent holiday house. It's clean, well-maintained, well-stocked with various essentials and kitchenware, and even has beach equipment available for guest use. T (the host) lives next door and was very responsive whenever we had questions or requests. We had a group of 12 adults staying here and working remotely. It suited us just fine, although slightly cramped at times - I would probably recommend no more than 9 adults for a more comfortable stay. The working space is also limited, so we had to get creative. However, the Internet service was fast and reliable enough for all of us, even with people taking meetings simultaneously. Much of the floorspace is dedicated to bedrooms, but with two indoor living spaces and one outdoor living space, there was plenty of room for people to hang out. The location is fantastic, just a 20-25 minute walk to Waikiki Beach. There are two dedicated parking spots and street parking available nearby. Also close to a Biki station, so we cycled quite a bit too. Keep in mind it's in a quiet residential neighborhood and the quiet hours (which start at 9pm) are quite strict. Overall, such a large house so close to Waikiki for such a relatively low price is all but impossible to find elsewhere, so the value for money is excellent. Thank you for having us, T!

This house is perfect. It is clean and very well maintained. It is a beautiful home that we enjoyed. I would definitely recommend staying here. The home has everything you need for your stay. We had our father's 91 birthday-family reunion at T's airbnb and it was wonderful. Location (great restaurants in a walking distance, can walk to the beach, etc), as well as it was clean, great kitchen, multiple rooms, etc. Overall, it was the best place to hold a reunion. Our family had a wonderful time and T was great in communicating with us, helping us when needed. Thank you T!!!

The place is amazing, clean and very unique. All 6 bedrooms and 2 living rooms have AC. It also had 3 kitchens! We were a group of 11 people working remote and T's place was great for a 2 week stay. The only unusual experience was additional security deposit that was requested out of pocket before check-in. That said, T was a great host and returned our deposit after we checked-out. The house has couple rules that some groups may find strict but they are nothing out of the ordinary. T takes care of the place like it's his own home and only makes reasonable requests from guests to keep the place tidy. Example - Wash off sand before entering the house using the shower in the yard. I would 100% recommend T's place for families and large groups of friends that want to explore Hawaii. Unfortunately the house rules states quiet hours are 9pm and a noise complaint can lose us our deposit ($500 per person) so its may not be for groups that like to party late night. However, you can always party at the Waikiki beach late night which is about 15 mins walk from the Airbnb.
