Located in the heart of Tahoe, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, Whole Foods, and shopping. 3-5 mins drive to Heavenly ski resort or Stateline Casinos! Boat, kayak, SUP and ski rentals within walking distance. Enjoy the resorts private beach, pier, shared pools, hot tubs, gym, sauna and tennis courts.

This tastefully decorated townhome has an open concept great room, with vaulted ceilings, new modern gas fireplace, flat screen HDTV to create the perfect gathering place for your vacation.

The modern kitchen with premium leathered granite countertop is the ultimate setting to prepare a delicious meal. Roast a turkey for the holidays, or bake a sweet treat with our bake ware. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee, in a French press or 2-way coffee maker. Brand new dishwasher, farm sink, and retro kitchen electrics to top it off. Large bar with seating for four to enjoy breakfast or visit the chef of the group.

Lounge on the premium leather reclining sectional sofa in the family room while watching your favorite cable/Netflix/Amazon shows on the big screen by the warm and toasty gas fireplace.

Have meals, conversations or simply hang out at the dining table that accommodates 6-8 chairs. Use the bar cart to prepare your favorite cocktails. Sliding glass doors open up to a private balcony with a Weber gas grill to BBQ.

Level 1 has two full en-suite guest bedrooms and a laundry closet. Bedroom 1 has a Pottery Barn king bed, 32 HDTV with cable, accent chair, chest and standing coat rack. Attached cozy bathroom has a pedestal sink, stand up shower with massaging river pebble floor and shelving space.

Bedroom 2 has two Pottery Barn queen beds, 32 HDTV with cable, chest and a sliding door closet. Attached bathroom has a tub, vanity and an exhaust cum fan heater.

All the bathrooms have hair dryers, make up remover cloths, and 100% vegan & cruelty free Ginger Lily Farms Botanical toiletries in dispensers.

Laundry closet with Samsung washer and dryer, ironing board, Rowenta iron, Dyson vacuum cleaner and detergent.

Level 2 includes family room, kitchen, dining, reading nook and a third full bathroom with stand up shower with massaging river pebble floor, and exhaust cum fan heater (Please note in-wall electric heater is disabled)

Level 3 includes the open loft with a Pottery Barn queen bed, 32 HDTV without cable box, but supplied with HDMI to connect to your personal entertainment console.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire home. Two unassigned, first come, first served parking spots are available for use while displaying the HOA parking passes. Note that Dogwood Parking lot is closest to the townhome.

On snow days, take advantage of the indoor parking, the covered garage is located on the left side of the main entrance of the Village.

A utility closet in Level 2 bathroom is locked for the owners belongings.
Other things to note
This home has comfortable occupancy for up to 8 people including children. No more than a total of 8 people.

You must be 25 years of age or older to book this place. The person booking must be one of the guests during the entire stay.

The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 2. You will receive two HOA issued parking passes to park.

Pets are not allowed at this property. Violating the no-pet rules will result in eviction & HOA imposed fines of up to $1,500. If you have a support/service dog, and insist on staying in this property, you will be charged a non refundable $99 pet fee, and a refundable security deposit to cover any extra cleaning, damage or fines for violating the HOA rules.

This is a strictly non-smoking, non-vaping home. Violating this rule will result in a fine of $1000.

City of South Lake Tahoe mandates quiet hours between 10 pm to 8 am and are strictly enforced.

Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or interfere with the quiet, peace and enjoyment of any and all neighbors.

Check out time is 11 am. You will be charged an additional fee of $99/hour if you do not vacate the home by this time.

Bring back pool towels once you have used them. Dont leave them by the pool/hot tub.

A ski/snowboard/beach toy storage closet is located outside right by the main entrance. The key is inside the house (on the left as you enter). Dont bring any skis/snowboards/beach toys inside the house. Ski and snow boots/shoes must be placed on the boot tray provided at the entrance.

Exceeding occupancy, parking or violating quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more.

No events or bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County Vacation Home Rental ordinance, and failing to do so may result in egregious penalties, fines of $1,000+ from the county, and even eviction. Visit El Dorado Countys website for current ordinance as this is incorporated into this agreement.

They will be on the kitchen counter once you check in. A ski storage unit is located outside the townhouse right by the main entrance. The key for the ski storage is inside the house (on the left as you enter). Don't bring skis/snowboards inside the house. Ski boots can be placed inside on the boot tray. House manual is on the coffee table for your review. Pool gate access code is 5858, other restroom and restricted areas access code is 5858 followed by a check mark. Have a pleasant stay!
