Enjoy the natural beauty of the Battenkill River in our private, charming, guest apartment located on the outskirts of Greenwich, New York just 20 miles from Saratoga Race Course and a lovely scenic drive to Lake George and Vermont.

Our cozy space includes 1 private bedroom with a queen size bed (linens included), a couch that can sleep an additional 2, TV, dining space and a complete kitchen.

Lounge on the spacious deck, fish, take a dip in the river and enjoy comfort of our cozy new space!
Kitchen Includes:
*Small 4 burner oven and microwave
*Small Fridge
*Dishwasher (and detergent)
*Coffee Maker and Toaster
*Pots, Pans, Plates, Bowls and silverware... your basics :)!
*Coffee, Tea, Sugar, salt and pepper (and maybe a sweet treat)

House Rules

Quiet Hours are between 10PM and 8AM Please leave the apartment in a “Broom Clean” condition when leaving so we can keep our cleaning fee low. It is not necessary to make beds and please hang dirty towels on the hooks in the bathroom. If there is more then a bag of trash please put in the proper receptacles at the end of the driveway. Please DO NOT put grease or food down the drains, this will clog our septic system (Website hidden by Airbnb) No visitors or added guests without permission Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 3:00 PM

Notes

If you plan on enjoying the Battenkill River, please bring shoes to wear in the water. We want your feet to feel comfortable! :) IMPORTANT although very rare we cannot offer refunds if the fire pit area and river are not accessible due to flooding or fast moving waters.
