Private Suite -Relax in this unique private suite attached to our home. This room is completely private with private access out the front and back. It attaches to our home but interacting with us depends on you and our timing as we come and go.



Newly remodeled, this suite has an epoxy poured floor and shower panels. Tastefully setup with a microwave, mini-fridge, and keurig. Includes a desk for working. Great for 1 or 2. Available for a short term or midterm rental.



Picture update soon…This room is attached to the kitchen of our home but is kept separate by an access door. The guest does not have access to the main house or kitchen but has the basics in their suite.



Longer term stays or through interacting with hosts we can (in some cases) allow access to the main house. The suite has a microwave, mini-fridge and keurig so is equipped for most stays on its own.



Parking in our wide driveway is free and we will do our best to ensure you can come and go when we choose where to park.



There are steps to access the suite from the front or back door, but no steps inside the suite.





If you have never booked with us before, we will need to meet you to checkin and see your credit card as well as your id (which must match the credit card).



If you would like to pay using CashAp,Venmo or Zelle that is another option and we may not need to meet you for these. Fraud is rampant and we can't take the chance any longer. We are sorry for the inconvenience :(

Cancellation Policy
et a full refund if cancelling 10 full days before the booking. If less than that 50% refund is the best we can do.

All refunds are subject to a 10% fee since Square (our processor is charging us a fee).
