Walking distance to Green Lake and Phinney Ridge. Great two bedroom, one bathroom house with a private backyard. Bedroom one has a queen bed while bedroom two has a double bed.

This is a Tribe of Wanderers property.

Cottage has high ceilings, original millwork and mouldings but has been updated to include a new gas furnace, energy efficient windows and appliances. The fully fenced backyard has a paver patio with gas BBQ and a full patio dining set.

You will have access to the entire house.

The owners do not live onsite but are available to answer questions over the phone. Your privacy is ensured.

The Phinney Ridge neighborhood is a great family neighborhood with lots of activities within walking distance including restaurants, bars, the Woodland Park Zoo and Green Lake.

Public transportation is right down the street from the house.

We ask that you treat the cottage as if it was your home. No smoking. No parties or extra guests unless you ask for permission. House is fully stocked with linens, cooking utensils, ect -If we find that a pet has been brought into the home without permission we will charge an additional pet cleaning fee of $500
