This one bedroom is the perfect place to stay while in Kauai. Newly renovated and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy and relax. This gem with a spectacular ocean view is only a 100 yards to beautiful sandy Lawai Beach or a short walk to Baby Beach. If relaxing is your plan our newly renovated pool nestled in our tropical garden will not disappoint.

Lawai Beach and Beach House Restaurant are directly across the street.

Less than 1 1/2 miles to Spouting Horn Park, National Botanical Gardens, Poipu Beach, Poipu Shopping Village, and historic Koloa Town.

Half mile walk to Shops At Kukuiula where you can enjoy a wonderful dinner at Merriman's Fish House and evening ice cream treats at Lappert's.

Excellent Poipu Location
This was a wonderful place to stay for two adults to enjoy the Poipu area. It is a thoughtfully designed space that lives much larger than the actual square footage. It is well supplied and made us feel as if whatever we needed was there. A special aspect is that it is short walking distance to one of the more rewarding accessible snorkeling spots on the South Shore in front of the Beach House Restaurant. Jim, the owner, was extremely responsive and a very nice person to interact with. Hard to imagine someone being disappointed to stay at PK205

Great location on the south shore
This place was a great hub for our south shore activities. We enjoyed our view, the kitchen, the property was gorgeous, ease of parking, and great communication from the hosts. Also, the property manager was really nice and helpful. It’s important to leave the key in the lock box at all times (which I was informed to do before but totally spaced on). This is important because the wind could cause like a vacuum in the condo and shut the door unintentionally. I went inside the condo and put my stuff down (along with the door key) and then stepped outside to see what my boyfriend was doing and the door shut behind me. The property workers were helpful in this situation and getting us back inside. Just keep the key in the lockbox at all times and don’t do what I did. Anyways, everything was clean and we had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed watching the chickens in Kuhio park. Bring quarters to do laundry. The housekeepers like to use the laundry facilities in the mornings.

Relaxing vac
This was our second time to Kauai. We did a very laid back trip this time. We knew where we wanted to go back to revisit/hike. Any time we reached out to Jim he was very quick to respond back to our inquiries. Great location to watch the sunset.

Nice but…
No A/C, the listing was honest but it was extra difficult to manage due to the birds, having the windows and doors open made the stay tolerable but difficult to sleep… but having to keep them open and listening to the infestation of rosters and crazy parakeets every night and morning like clock work made sleeping in or relaxing impossible! Condo was very well equipped and nice otherwise, pool was nice. The island is amazing and overall we had a great time there.

If cancellation less than 60 days' written notice, the rent & excise tax are forfeited. However, if we are able to re-rent the condo, you will be refunded the difference between your cost and what we are able to re-rent the condo for, less $150 processing fee.

A decrease in number of nights from initial booking dates will incur a $75 processing fee. No date changes less than 60 days from stay.
