I had a great stay at Jacob’s Airbnb apartment. The place was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. Jacob and Matt’s place was very clean, although the walls were a little dirty and could have used a paint job. The view of the ocean is very peek-a-boo and you have to go out of your way in the apartment to see it. You mostly see the surrounding buildings. However, it is in a great location and easy to walk to grocery stores, and restaurants. It is a high end suite and building and very comfortable. The washer and dryer and appliances were well equipped, as were the dishes and pots and pans. The two car garage, although very low down in the parkade, was very have for having guests over. I would recommend staying here.

The apartment is very modern, only 2 years old, with great facilities. We enjoyed the hot pool, sauna, and heated swimming pool, also the extra lounges and gym were useful. We stayed for almost 5 weeks in early summer. It was perfectly comfortable for our needs. The downsides to the apartment is that it’s north facing towards the city and other buildings, away from the Seawall and sun. Also the location borders a very busy street so even this apartment wasn’t high enough to escape the noise with windows or doors open, rendering the two balconies unusable in summer. It’s perfectly quiet inside though. We did have some things break half way through our stay like the bar stool seats which never got fixed.

From start to finish Jacob and his associates were beyond professional and extremely helpful. My entire experience was even better than I'd hoped. I've been working in Vancouver for the past 11 years and have stayed in most of the great neighborhoods both downtown and the North Shore. This was among my most enjoyable stays.
