Hi there! I have been an Airbnb guest since 2015. In addition to hosting in Airbnb, I’m a Software Developer Engineer working full time in the medical industry for the past 7 years. I have a beautiful, hardworking and enterprising family that loves to serve and help others.

When I met the Gulf Coast and their beaches, I fell in love and started a project to own a house in the area. I had my family’s support and we worked very hard to make our dreams come true; today I am a hostess in the beautiful city of Sarasota just minutes away from the white sandy beaches of Sparkling Siesta Key!

House Rules

• Only the guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises.
• Do not park on the grass. Commercial equipment or trailers are not allowed on the property, off-street or on-street. This is a residential neighborhood.
• Quiet hours with minimum noise level from 9 pm to 7 am.
• Do Not Use the premises for any illegal activity.
• Garbage recollection is every Wednesday early in the morning, is guest responsibility to take garbage in/out.

Refundable Damage Deposit

$500 Security Deposit is refunded within 15 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations :
- Cancellations made at least ninety days (90) days prior to the Arrival Date receive a refund on the Security Deposit less $100 cancellation fee, total to be refunded $400.
- Cancellations within 89-61 days prior to the Arrival Date the 10% of the Total Amount Due will be forfeited. The Security Deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations within 60-30 days prior to the Arrival Date will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the Total Amount Due or 50% of the equivalent to 1 monthly rent payment, whichever is less. The Security Deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations within 29-0 days prior to the Arrival Date will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the Total Amount Due or the equivalent of 1 monthly rent payment, whichever is less. The Security Deposit will be refunded.
